This isn't a 'luxury' hotel
The service provided by the staff was the first give away it wasn't luxury. Staring at their phones, not even noticing you when you are standing at the receiption desk... Pretty poor standard for a 'luxury' hotel. The bedroom itself was a fair size and the bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfast was included with the room. It was basic but they had a handful of cold and hot options and offered a few options for eggs. The hotel also had a gym which we used. There was free weights and some cardio machines but it didn't look like it had been cleaned in a LONG time. We stayed during the COVID situation so were a little concerned they hadn't made an effort to clean it. Overall, it is overpriced for what it is, you can definitely fine nicer hotels within this bracket with much better service. We can vouch for that as we stayed in six places in Vientiane.

Reception - A Great welcome By reception staff between 1000 am and allowed Us for 4 person stayed At Deluxe Family Room earlier check in without cost Lobby-A simple Lobby with Few chair and Help Tour Desk and bicyle to rent from Reception Counter Room - 1 King bed and 2 Single bed At Deluxe Family Room located At level 5 number 01 (Corner Room ) facing main street and quiet Room and close to Guest Lift .Total 7 floor only .The bed and bathroom Clean .But comment that management should Give A BIG Rubbish bin for Guest .Moreover extra Socket Can Found and International channel such like Korea or ENGLISH channel or Laos channel Facilities -Breakfast start At 7 am At level 2 and mostly staff here would not server you until you Finish your meal and their will clear the plate and glass from the table .Unless Egg station,staff will cooked from you and Rest Help yourself .Staff Busy talking and play mobile phone At Counter only while guest having meal Staff -Reception staff able to speak ENGLISH and understand your need or information that you want but please provide some local map and recommend to tourist Transport -IF prefer TAke TUK TUK ,Their is staff Standby outside and IF walked to other place that you want to visit usually take More than 2 KM above.Airport mini shuttle car for 4 person of Us only cost 100,000 KIP to Laos AirPort I will strongly recommend people stayed here and remember that behind this hotel have local night Market and delicious cost 10,000 KIP and 5,000 KIP only.Walking between 5 minutes .Thank You for the Great service of houskeeeping and reception staff . 5 Star service
Don't Go there
We have booked 2 nights, but we left 1 day before to change hotel. The room was not cleaned from the previous guests, we found their hair in the bed linen and they were dirty. We asked to change them and they changed only the bed sheet. In the bathroom bath form and shampoo was half empty as if it was used and not changed. In the end, in the morning we had a terrible smell of food in the room that started at 6 am and it went on until we felt nauseating and we decided to change hotel. This is a terrible place, one of the worst I have ever seen. Don't go there.
Very good location
The location is very good. Nearby are good local pubs and good massage salons. Good base for exploring the city and for a short stay. Hotel is new, but not well maintaned. Cleanliness is not enough good. Breakfast is not various. Good Wi-Fi. Good value for money.
Bedbugs :(
Stayed here for 2 nights. Spacious, nice looking rooms, but after laying on the bed for 20 minutes, we got really itchy and discovered at least 50 visible BEDBUGS crawling through the sheets. We got a change of room straight away but the next day we found another one in the bed. Hope they can fix this issue because it ruined our trip, now we are carrying bedbugs in our clothes for our next destination
