Only here for a shore tour but great experience

Only here for a shore tour but the grounds and interior are lovely. We were here for a snack during a tour and it consisted of empanadas, small cakes, 3 different types of wine, juice and tea or coffee. Excellent efficient staff provided assistance when needed. The grounds are lovely and as well as the beach there is a small pool area. I'd love to come and stay a few nights. They were setting up for a wedding and everything looked beautiful & elegant.

Lovely hotel totally let down by rude spa staff

Warm welcome, lovely bar staff, beautiful clean room, comfortable bed, nice views, all this hard work the hotel team have done taken away in two minutes by rude and unwelcoming spa staff. Tried to use steam room at 19:45, no-one was at spa reception then as we walk in to change, a lady rushes out and angrily tells us we are not allowed to use the facilities because they close at 20:00. We explain we just want to quickly use the steam room after a long day of travel, she refuses and says we must book. It’s a shame they didn’t tell us about this when we checked in as we would have been able to plan, but it’s put a sad end to what was a nice day, being treated like criminals for trying to use the hotel spa facilities within the opening times. Would recommend if you come here, plan spa time and book in advance and you should be fine.

At first this place looks like a castle and it's pretty amazing. But it was an interesting two days there. When we arrived by taxi in the morning from a train ride there we had to immediately pay for the rooms but we couldn't check in. We have never been to Vigo and had no idea where to go. Instead of them taking care of us and offering coffee/tea or a place to use the computer they just pointed us back to the road and said "just walk a few minutes that way and you'll find some cafeterias"... after one hour plus we found ourselves in old town and just stayed til lunch because it would have been a 10+ euro taxi there and then back for a reservation we made the day before. The room is big and old school. But they did not have great amenities. The pool : there was no one there to help you, or serve you anything to drink, I had to go inside for towels and also to ask to drink something. We wanted to use the spa and both day we were there there was NO ONE to talk to to book anything - PLEASE don't call yourself a Hotel and Spa if you don't offer ANY spa treatments. For the amount of money we spend on the rooms I am shocked at the lack of services and amenities. The bar tender was kind and we warmed to him. The restaurants I will review directly because this review is already long and scathing.

Excellent place to spend time with the family. Located in the seaside with a quite and sandy beach. Also 5 min driving from Vigo city center or 10 walking to Samil beach. Breakfast superb to fuel you for a nice day in Cies, Ons or Vigo old town. Staff incredibly friendly and accommodating almost anything. Highly recommended!

After made a booking at last minute, both of them they were really kind and solicitous. Few minutes after made my request , I called impatiently to the hotel and Mario was already reading my email, kindly and thoughtful he made our night. Thanks lads !! 100% recomendable
