Great overnight stop

Clean, comfortable and well equipped with very helpful and friendly staff. Great location for overnight stop on our way to South of France. Good breakfast and a grill restaurant next door served great food. Added bonus of finding Costco within a mile to refuel.

Can't beat it for the price

This is the second time we have stayed here due to it's location near Montlhery, superb for the price. Extremely helpful staff, good atmosphere and spotless accommodation. Next door is an excellent restaurant for that evening meal without the need to drive afterwards. The only problem is finding the hotel, it's a bit tucked away. More signs needed. The only niggle, the soap dispenser in the shower is a real pain.

NIGHTMARE: HOTEL COMPLETELY UNATTENDED DURING NIGHT

We reserved a room at desk for three days. After the first night our room code was disabled and coming back after midnight (on December 26th 1:00 am) it was impossible for us to access at room. We tried at 1:20 am to: 1) knocking on Service door: NO RESPONSE (THE HOTEL WAS COMPLETELY UNATTENDED) 2) calling hotel telephone number (reported on web site) (1:20 am): NO RESPONSE 3) writing an email at address reported on hotel web site (1:20 am): NO RESPONSE 4) checking again all procedures for code 5) calling police (112) (2:03am) Police arrived at 2:40am. They tried the same steps we did and made some more call to police center to try helping us. When 3:20 policemen suggested us to change hotel and go away. Hotel personnel opened Service at 6:00 am to give a new room code. We got full reimbursement of stay but we had our vacation absolutely ruined: PRICELESS!

Like many fellow travellers we stopped here for 1 night on our way to CDG from the south. For this purpose it represents very good value for money. Sure the rooms are small with minimal storage space, but it is not designed for a multi night stay. It is modern, still quite new, is very clean and is in a very quiet area. Well located close to the A10. The only significant downside was the very surly, in fact unpleasant, receptionist. This woman should NOT be in hospitality!

Good for a stop over

Stopped here for a few hours on the way to the South of France. Arrived about 23.00 hours and you need to walk into the reception area and use the machine to put in your details and it will give you a code. The gate is closed to the car park so once you have the code you can open the gate and park. Once in the building use the code to get through the main door and to your room. Use the code to get into your room. All very easy once you have worked out the system. The room is comfortable and a good size. It has TV, shower, toilet, and the bed is comfortable. There was air con in the room. This was okay for the 5 hours we needed to sleep and carry on our trip. Lots of parking and the car park is secure other than the fact anyone can walk in and out of the side gate. It is a bit noisy outside as near to business estate and people coming and going.
