Me hospede 5 noches, y todo fue 10 puntos, habitaciones espaciosas, prolijas, atención muy buena y personal predispuesto a ayudar constantemente, lo único criticable es que no hay servicio de valet, por ende hay que subir y bajar el equipaje!
Comfortable stay with breakfast

We enjoyed our stay. We stayed two nights. The staff is nice. There is plenty of parking.
We got a hot breakfast in the morning. Pork and Turkey sausages, eggs, cereal, muffins and yogurt. They have a pancake maker but is was broken when we whent there. The rooms were very comfortable but the bathroom was slippery and could have been cleaner. They have a indoor pool. It has an olive garden and applebees next door.

Overall it was good. Staff was friendly, especially breakfast attendant. Check in and check it both were quick and easy. Rooms were clean and we were able to get a good night of sleep. Everything was more than adequate for what you need from a hotel.
Dirty and Noisy

My check in and service experience was uneventful. The reception clerk was friendly and professional and gave me a document outlining the hotel's COVID-19 related procedures. The lobby and common areas appeared to be updated and orderly. My room, however, was a different matter. I first noticed the filth on the desk lamp shade and then had the misfortune of using my bathroom, which was equally disgusting. The ceiling was covered in mold or mildew, there was some equivalent crud on the floor near the tub, the towel rack was dirty and rusted. In fairness to the staff, I was tired and only there for one night, so I did not bring this to the attention of the desk clerk or ask to move rooms (I should have). I therefore don't know whether this was an anomaly or whether these conditions exist in other rooms. In addition, I was awakened many times during the night by talking, music, TV and other noise from other guest rooms or the lobby (my room was right next to the lobby). When I tried to post this review and photos with IHG directly, I received a message that my review could not be posted because it had "legal issues." I guess IHG doesn't really want to know what guests think unless the feedback is positive.

The hotel was OK. The beds were not bad. The toilet in my room moved all around and the bathroom wasn’t all that clean. Staff were not incredibly friendly, just kind of there. Certain guests felt it was ok to run around the hotel without a mask, leave their door cracked with their tv on blast, and do whatever. Staff didn’t seem to care one bit about guests ignoring rules. The pool was closed and no information was given about this. Housekeeping wasn’t very prompt with cleaning. My room was not once cleaned in 2 nights. There were also stray cats roaming the parking lot. Close to things, but difficult to get to them because of the road the hotel was on.
