The hotel stay was good. The bathroom needed renovation. Excellent location, near everything within minutes. The hotel was quite. Did not like the extra $5 a night for parking. I felt that could have been included in the price. But overall the stay was great!

Hotel was nice and location great, close to my family home. Housekeeping service was horrible, no cleaning or towel service the 5 evenings we stayed. Parking horrible for building E. Guest double park and illegal parked in handicap space.

Was the perfect place… period. Gated for safety. Grounds were nice. The breakfast was well prepared. Service personnel were very accommodating. Location… the best part of the stay. Right by mall, baseball stadium, movie complex and all kinds of food.

Our first room had black moldy ceilings. Our second room smelled and had a ring of dirt on the ceiling around the fan. The windows were open and we didn’t realize, they didn’t have any screens on them.
Save your money honey!!

Room was gross, tub and toilet was dirty, sink stopper was stuck so water was not draining. It was raining outside my entire trip and there was only one door to building E that worked and only one door had a sign up stating it didn’t work. No one should have to run around in the rain when money was paid to get inside. The doors not working is also a safety hazard, especially if someone was in imminent danger and trying to get in the building. I won’t be back.
