The good: the staff was very friendly and there was plenty of parking. The okay: breakfast was fine. It did the job but nothing to brag about. The bad: the “heated pool” was cold. And the “hot tub” was only slightly warmer than the pool. Someone had also puked on the floor in the pool room before we arrived so it smelled. Our room smelled musty and there was some mold in our shower. Everything just looked like it needed to be cleaned to a higher level. Our king sized bed had 4 pillows, all of which were super soft lumpy ones.

Smell of smoke, dirty furniture and floors. Furniture in room was very stained and gross. Bathroom corners were hairy. Ice makers broken, cigarette buts all over property. Check in took 30 minutes due to someone infront of me trying to get every available discount to save $5

Nice suite with two rooms and kitchen. Plenty of space for luggage and counter space . A few freebies available daily such as bottled water is much needed in Virginia heat . Good curtains to block out sun for good sleep. Breakfast variety was dents and area has spacious seating , some even outdoor . Location wasn't great but wasn't inconvenient either. Area seemed safe and quiet. Nice hotel grounds. Good option for families and kids

Wondeful experience at the Hilton Homewood Suites Virginia Beach! Stephanie went out of her way to accommodate our party of 8 at breakfast every morning! Excellent service Stephanie! Dana and Marcus were also really friendly and welcoming every time we walked by the front desk. Thanks for your outstanding customer service! Would definitely stay here again.

The good: Ron at the front desk is the ONLY good about this hotel. Professional with above and beyond customer service. Hands down one of the BEST Hilton employees I’ve met in 122 stays this year. The bad: torn shower curtain, sheets that didn’t even fit one of the beds (we had two queens so we slept on the one that looked like it had actually been made), overall cleanliness was not up to standard. The awful: the second we stepped off the elevator we were met by a heavy marajuana smell. Contact high level smell. Our room was next to the maintenance room or under something on the roof that literally BANGED all night. We both tossed and turned, even using a white noise app on the phone couldn’t muffle it out. How is anyone supposed to sleep through that? This hotel is in DIRE NEED of some basic repairs and replacements. Shower curtains, sheets and find a way to repair whatever is banging so loud that you hear it nonstop in 610.
