Quiet comfortable stay
Stopped here while visiting Washington and Leefor track meet. We had handicapped room that was a king. Great desk service and breakfast. Breakfast room off by itself and quiet. Our room was quiet, dark and lots of hot water with clean towels and sheets. TV worked well and good Wii service. Review would have been 5 but have suggestions that would bring up review to that level. Repairs: dark walls in bedroom had white scratches were looks like wheelchair scratched where lighter walls could help in concealing scratches as well as gouges in door jams. Rubber stopper in bathtub needs to be cleaned as mold present. Floors in bathroom had soap stains. Just a little detail work needed. We enjoyed our stay however and appreciate the professional staff on desk and Breakfast room attendance. $125.32. Would stay again.
Great, as always!
My Husband and I used to stay at this Comfort Inn all the time, and it has been many years since our last time, but we had a job that brought us through Raphine again, this is one of our favorite hotels. It's clean, the staff is friendly, the bed is comfortable, the ac blows nice and cold. We will always stay here when we are coming through Virginia.
Less than impressed
The clerk was less than enthused to be there and just rattled off things quickly and with the mask on it was difficult to understand her. The main areas of the room appeared clean but the corners and the cords were dusty and behind the TV was filthy and had other people's trash. The hallway was very noisy and people slammed their doors all night long. We got very little sleep.
Good overnight stop
Room was nice and clean. Check in was easy. Room did smell of cigarette smoke. Wasn’t aware that breakfast was not being served at this time due to COVID. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was easy to find, convenient location.
Beautiful views from our room
We stopped here a year ago and made it a point to return . Regrettably, due to Vivid 19, the things we looked forward to,the delicious breakfast, the gym the pool, the cookies, are no longer available, as of now. The room we upgraded to for an extra $5 (the suite) was clean and nice. The location has a lot to offer for photo ops. The staff was friendly and attentive.
