Hotel is clean and room are a good size. A bit off the path if you do not know the area! The boys at the desk were friendly and efficient. However I was not greeted as a Diamond Member and not offered my free waters. A small thing but Hilton policy for Diamonds! Small but well stocked fitness center.

No more Hampton for us

We used to enjoy staying at Hamptons but have become increasingly disappointed. After this stay, we’ve decided to avoid this brand when possible. This hotel is tired and public areas weren’t clean. Coffee in the lobby was not maintained and breakfast was lacking anything that was nutritious. The room rate was high for the value received.

My family and I traveled to Grand Rapids for a family event. I had stayed there pre-vid for work. They have a nice facility and was well taken care of. Their staff was friendly and helpful They helped us with directions for a restaurant and direction to some points of interest. We'll be back..

Our room was spacious and clean. Best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time. Lots of choices and very clean. Online check-in and check out with a digital key worked great. Would definitely stay here again.

Some good and bad

Pulled up to what felt like a shady building. There were like 5 cars there. The room was better than expected. Very comfortable bed. Slept really well. It was very quiet. The coffee was out early. The breakfast smelled up the whole lobby and it smelled horrible. The staff was very nice. If I came back to Grand Rapids, I might stay here again if it was for one night only.
