We enjoyed our stay until the final night when a large group apparently used the room above us (301) as a party room. They were stomping and moving furniture for over 3 hours. The wall that separates the bedroom in our room (201) was creaking (how I don’t know). We complained twice and on the 2nd time, we learned that the previous front desk attendant (pre-11pm) knew that this group was loud, but because we didn’t complain nothing was done. After our 2nd complaint, we waited a half hour and chose to leave. We shouldn’t have had to complain. Your hotel is in the business to provide an environment for people to sleep. This was a very disappointing and frustrating situation. This was a birthday celebration weekend for us and we had to cut it short. We have a couple of upcoming bookings at your location and we are reluctant to come back.

Checked in around 9:30pm on New Year’s Eve with family including 2 small kids. Keisha and Audrey at the front desk were amazing. Quick, friendly, and helpful - they immediately made us feel welcome. I came down to get a drink for the kids and they again were helpful - and the kids were so happy to have hot chocolate from the coffee bar! Breakfast was better than the normal Hampton breakfast and everyone on staff at breakfast was friendly. Rooms were clean and everything worked perfectly in the rooms. Hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season. One of the best Hampton Inn experiences!

Stayed just one night in a one-bedroom suite. I was quite impressed with this hotel and our experience. The hotel and our room were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is very good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from front desk check-in to housekeeping. The breakfast area was laid out well, was clean and well-appointed, as was the adjacent dining area. We did not use the pool or the fitness center, but both looked well-maintained. The only improvement I might suggest: a limited set of dishes and utensils in the Suites would be really great. A really positive experience and we'll stay again.

Outstanding staff and stay at the Hampton Inn! Complimentary, daily breakfast was plentiful, fresh and covered everyone's likes/wishes. Room was very large, quiet and well-appointed. Requested extra towels and bedding (since we used the sleeper sofa) and everything was brought up in a matter of minutes. Very attentive, friendly and professional staff!

Need more roll in shower rooms - with 2 Queens! Great Chocolate Waffles with 2 kinds of nuts + Choc Chips! YUM! Decent Coffee. Pool is chilly... we were there in October & November on our return! Maintenance Fellow Charles deserves Kudos, being prompt, courteous and most helpful!
