This hotel is an easy 5 minute walk from the Providence airport. You will walk to the right when leaving the airport, then follow the signs which will lead you into the parking lot. The signage becomes a bit confusing just as you come to the area of the parking lot where there are a few stairs. Don't go up the stairs--turn to the right and walk along the back section of the lot towards a door which will open onto the hotel property. Check in was quick; the front desk agent was super friendly and offered me a lot of information about the hotel amenities and nearby options where I could walk for dinner. The room was big, modern and very clean. Bed was really comfortable, one of the best I have encountered in a hotel.. It was quiet until some guests checked in next door. I could hear their conversation but turned on the constant fan option in the room and that made it easy to sleep. Very limited plane noise. Shower pressure was super. Breakfast was a full menu (scrambled eggs, sausage, etc.) with quite a bit of space to spread out. I don't know what the policy for masks is at this hotel as the front desk agents did not wear them on a consistent basis. I did appreciate the fact that when I checked out, the agent wrote down the "passcode" for the door between the hotel and the airport parking lot on a piece of paper and gave it to me. Otherwise I might have forgotten the code. While a tad pricey, I would definitely stay here again.
Definitely a top pick!!!!!!

Perfect place to stay. Very comfortable and the room was super clean. The shower was great with the glass doors. My room was facing the airport terminal but you don’t hear anything outside. Breakfast was definitely good with a good simple selection. The staff was amazing, check in and out was fast and simple. There is a night guard on duty as well. The area have a lot of food selections and it’s not too far from the grocery store. The microwave is in the lobby but there was no wait plus it’s clean. I can’t wait to go back. PERFECT PLACE

Everything was lovely! The room was clean and stylish. Check-in was easy. The shuttle driver at 4:00am(!) was prompt, friendly and helpful. It's only 3/4 mile from the Providence airport. And right next door to it is a wonderful Italian restaurant that we walked to in 3 minutes! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
An odd funky room

We spent one night here at the Fairfield. It’s very convenient for the airport. The room layout was odd and rather uncomfortable. The sink was outside the bathroom but not private. It was next to the ice bucket and refrigerator and coffee maker. It makes it feel like a wet bar, but yet you have to put all your toiletries and toothbrush near it. And there were no towel bars. It looks like it was recently remodeled. Not sure what Marriott was thinking with the layout. Room 404.
