Una buena experiencia en un hotel diferente

Muchas opiniones lo definen como divertido y no sabia como interpretar este adjetivo de un hotel aunque al llegar allí lo entendí; no te van a recibir unos payasos en la recepción ni hay un cómico en tu habitación sinó que es divertido en el sentido de que lo puedes difrutar muchisimo con los amigos (aunque yo también lo disfruté viajando en familia). Las habitaciones son como un pequeño pisito con las camas y un sofa con una mesa delante y la tele encarada tanto hacia el sofá como a las camas. La decoración es un poco fria pero muy agradable y de buen gusto. Una cosa que destaca es su terraza que da al rio donde es superagradable tomarse una copa o cenar con el sonido del agua y un ambiente tranquilo. Si tienes la suerte de tener la habitación con vistas al rio tambén es una gozada levantarte con esas vistas. Si hay que criticar algo es el centro comercial que hay delante que aunque nos resultó bastante práctico rompe un poco la magia del sitio. También pienso que es un sitio para ir en coche ya que no está cerca de nada y es muy de agradecer que tengan parking gratuito.

This is an absolute MUST stay property if you get the chance. I wish I could give it more stars than 5! The entire experience was absolutely fabulous from check in to check out. I found this hotel as part of being a Hilton Honors member. I dealt with Alex over the phone and she not only had a fantastic upgraded room waiting for me, but a very wonderful and engaging personality too. Thank you Alex and also Chris at the front desk for being so welcoming and personable. Also, I want to give a big shoutout to Jessica at the hotel bar for making me one of the best margaritas I've ever had! Plus, she's so entertaining and creative when it comes to specialty drinks which I really appreciate. I would also like to give a big thank you to Andrew the General Manager for having such an incredible staff from A to Z, and making this truly one of the best hotel properties I've ever stayed at. The history and transformation of this property is truly amazing! I can't wait to stay at your property again!

Stayed here several times over the years. Located in my hometown, one of my favorite properties. Restaurant on site, next to a brewery and a mall. Right on the river. Staff is friendly too. We were assisted by Marissa and she was fabulous! Would stay here over and over.

Madison and JC were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! After a long day on business travel out of town, I felt like I was at a bar where everyone knows my name. Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. I’ve had dinner here two nights in a row — and I’ll be back on my next trip. Cheers!

The hotel was great! Everything was clean ans service was 100%. Only thing that would have been better is if the hotel had valet, mini fridges in the rooms, and possibly luggage racks. The BEST thing about our experience was the service from Madison at the restaurant/bar. She was attentive and made the most delicious cocktails. Jaycee was also great!
