Maravilloso motel con todas las comodidades: desayuno, WIFI, piscina, nevera, microondas, lavadora y secadora. Bien situado. Cerca de tiendas y restaurantes. Lo mejor: la Srta. Julia Torres del FRONT DESK que fue muy amable y profesional. Nos ayudó mucho con un problema ajeno al hotel y también supo hacernos buenas sugerencias para comer y de ocio con nuestros hijos por la zona. También nos hizo de muy buena traductora de español-inglés. ¡Enhorabuena por tener empleados tan eficientes y sonrientes! Definitivamente volvería a repetir.

Noisey, a little run down

Room is ok for one night. Convenient location right off the freeway, but that also means very loud. There were several sketchy looking people in the parking lot, not sure if they were guests or vagrants. Room was ok, but A/C cycled on and off all night blowing super cold air when it was on - pulled covers over me, then took covers off when it shut off. Beds were not comfortable.

From the word go this stay was garbage. I came in at around 2:10pm to see if I could check in early. I was turned away because "they were full the night before and the cleaning crew didn't start cleaning until 10:00 AM" apparently 4 hours of cleaning isn't enough time to get some rooms done. I understand that check in isn't technically until 3:00 so I took my kids to a park nearby to wait out the remaining 45 minutes. When we got back at 3:00 I was checked in and headed to my room. All trash cans were overflowing and bags of trash were just piled around on the ground. As I walked up to the room my window is open with a portable Heat Pump air-conditioning unit installed in the window. (Makes me feel very secure). No lights in the room had to walk through the room to the bathroom area to turn lights on. Once I got to the back area (sink and bathroom) the entire area smelled like sewer gas. I was looking past all of it and just wanted to go chill in the pool/spa. NOPE! It was pad locked shut. The front office said they didn't know why it was closed and would let me know why shortly. They never got back to me.. The pool/spa was one of the major reasons I even booked with this place. So now here I am sitting in a room that smells like sewer gas . . . . Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I will NEVER stay with a Quality Inn again.

My family and I had to stay here for nearly a week. Very clean grounds and a good deal for the money. Very friendly staff were much help always. We love staying HERE and always do when we have to use a hotel.

Best value in town. Great staff. Perfect location for everybody and everything. This hotel is located right next to the freeway on/off ramp. Tons of places to eat, and shop for anything. Nice pool and hot tub. Great breakfast when its not COVID season. Nice breakfast bags when its not.
