Location, Location, Location
The hotel is located a few steps from the Farragut West Metro station on the blue line with direct access to DCA. The room and bathroom were small but well situated to maximize the space available. All the required amenities (ironing board, toiletries, towels) were provided and the room and hotel in general were very clean. My only complaint is that the queen mattress (room 812) was sagging on one side.
Great service and room
We had a great stay here! Tsedenia helped us check in and was kind enough to go the extra mile and give us several restaurant recommendations. She made us feel extra VIP! We will be staying here again! Thanks Tsedenia and team!
Good location!
It's clean and safe. location is very good. Metro station is connected to the basement. However, the parking lot is not close. Some noise from the next room. The Wi-Fi is not as fast as I thought. However, overall, I am satisfied.
business trip
challenges with pandemic, rooms are not visited anymore in a daily basis for cleaning up so how do you keep caring host and service if you do not see directly what is happening in the room neither with customers
No real kitchenette and restaurant next door closed
If you want the kitchenette room, dont do it. Its a fridge and micro. Restaurant next door closed. No room cleaning offered. Had ro ask for garbage bags and towels during a 10 day stay. Very good location and price though.
