Super clean and staff were super friendly, breakfast was put out early enough for me to grab it on my way to work, and it came with coffee! The staff members were also super helpful even at midnight when I needed clean towels!

Worst Smell Ever!:

Reviewed 23 september, 2022

Had a reservation. Arrived , Couple of kids evidently running the place were in the middle of a private joke when I entered.Couldnt find my reservation still amused at their joke! Ok How much is a room. $169 the girl stated .What about my reservation for $109. Anyway let's see the room.reluctantly she opened the door...Wham! Sick Dog odor wafted from inside! Worst smell I have ever experienced! Wow! That dog must be dead now! It was ridiculous that this dump would present a room like that! Management must be impaired not to detect that odor! Ended up at Super 8 in Everett. Clean, Quiet, Bed was excellent! Stay clear of the extended stay dumps throughout the Seattle area! We found a restaurant the next day, engaged a couple who had the same experience at another extended stay in the Seattle area!!! Beware @!!!@!@@!!!!@

Excellent service from truly nice people

Reviewed 8 september, 2022

We stayed here for two weeks while our RV was being serviced and repaired. During the first week, our fridge stopped cooling. I went to the front desk and the manager wasted no time calling in the maintenance staff. I was on my way out to run a couple of errands and, though I was back in less than an hour, our fridge had been replaced and all our food placed neatly inside. Every day, the staff greeted us with smiles. The actual room was in need of some updates and a couple of faucets had slow drips, but 5he people made the place and our stay well worth the money. Corporate should invest in this one, because these folks deserve to work in the best place imaginable. Five stars to the manager and all staff!

Not as expected. But OK enough.

Maybe I should have known that an Extended Stay place is different than a full service hotel. I didn't. So I was disappointed that there wasn't daily room cleaning. The fitted sheet didn't fit well, so it came off the corners every night after about an hour in bed. We had to go down to lobby to ask for everything from more towels (on day 3), hairdryer, plates and glasses for in the kitchen, etc. That's OK, I guess. Just didn't know it was so low service. The more annoying aspect of staying there was that for the first 2 days there were guys working on their cars in the parking lot (all day) right below our window, yelling "hit the brakes!" over and over again for hours. lol So hearing all of that all day, and smelling their cigarette smoke for days was unpleasant. I think this is a hotel that takes in long term un-housed people and families. And again - that's fine, but didn't know that's what we were getting and it felt more like a motel than a hotel. Positives - the room was clean. Front desk workers were very friendly and were able to quickly put together the items we needed when we needed them.

Customer satisfaction

The team at this property has been the best by far. Very willing to help with any needs needed. Jaice is quick with helping maintaining the room fixes The young ladies at the front desk Déja and TeShay were friendly and so kind. Quick with checkin and awesome conversation. The room isn’t modern to this day but it was okay.
