Upon checking in, I was never greeted and thanked for using my member award night at their hotel. When the staff member attempted to retrieve my reservation, they asked me if I'd like to confirm with a strange card attached to my reservation. Upon checking, I did not reserve using that card, per my reservation receipt, but staff tried to make it seem as though it was my fault. After a brief conversation, I immediately felt as if I was an inconvenience to their operations. In the am, I could never reach the concierge desk to request amenities. I will not be back at this location. I am a Hyatt lover and credit card member who has never been displeased with service until this recent stay. I will be calling to get my award night re-instated.
Not a very goo dhotel

Neighborhood is not great. Entrance is on a very narrow street blocked with parked cars. Valet parking went ok after you got close to the door. It should be more than ok for the price. The room was clean but nothing special. Staff was friendly but cannot recommend.
Not the best service, our room was never cleaned

We stayed for two days two nights and we are a family of 4. The hotel is pretty far from everything. 24 min walk to the Capitol, 25 min to Chinatown, 37 min to the White House, there are few restaurants or cafes near and you have to take uber to get to the main tourist spots or to have a nice dinner. The valet was the only nice person at the hotel. The staff in the front desk is definitely not friendly, the lady there did not even looked at us, yet say hello when we checked in. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures. The toiletries were virtually non existent just one little soap bar a mini shampoo and a mini conditioner. We all had ours so it was not a big deal. There were not enough towels or water/coffee cups or even pillows. So we had to request them several times with no success, until we went down to the front desk. After spending the next day visiting the city, when we returned, we found that our room had not been cleaned, when we asked about it, they told us that we had to request the cleaning of the room! This is the first time I hear about this and we travel a lot. They told us that there were signs informing about this in our room and all around the hotel, but we could not find any of these signs anywhere in the room, elevators, or common areas. They did not inform us when we checked in either. So we had to sleep in a dirty room, with dirty towels and pizza boxes from the night before. The hotel seems understaffed and they could use an intense customer service training. The Hyatt chain should be ashamed. Fortunately it was only two days
Good hotel but not the best area

The hotel is decent and had friendly, attentive staff. I wish they had its own parking. While it’s a short walk to a metro station, location is not ideal as it sits right on the border of nice area and not so nice area. Hard to find great place to eat.
Not worth the money.

Previous Hyatt experiences were good, this was not. The rooms had pet dander, kibble, and stains on the carpet, possible fecal stains on the bathroom wall. The parking charge was an unwelcome surprise
