The owner Anna said it best, this house loves the guest. The moment you walk in you feel at home. The attention to detail to make every moment special is what will bring us back. I have to give a shout-out to Briggs, this sweet kid added charm to the entire experience.

A Must-Stay B&B experience in Waynesville!!!

This was our first time to Oak Hill. We met Anna who owns the bed and breakfast establishment, and she was a delightful. The room was comfortable and quiet, and had a very nice bathroom. The highlight for us were the meals! Anna prepared a Steak Dinner for me, Salmon for my wife. It was as good or better than we had at the Greenbrier!! No kidding!!! And eggs Benedict the next morning was amazing too!! WAY more than we expected!!! We will go out of our way to stay there again!!!

Oak Hill on Love Lane was one of the most amazing experiences that my husband and I have had in a long time. The B&B had such a charm and character to it. The room was lovely, clean and just a wonderful retreat to go and relax for our 21st wedding anniversary. We would HIGHLY recommend staying here and plan on going back very soon. I hear they have a wonderful Valentines Day experience for next month. You could not get all the extras anywhere else. We got a couples massage that was just wonderful and lets not forget our host Anna who was so charming and attentive to our needs. Anna is a true believer in making her guest feel special. She was a wonderful. If you have not stayed at a B&B then I would highly recommend you get a room and try this wonderful B&B Out. You have no clue what you are missing if you don't give this place a try! Oh, and one last thing-- THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!

Oak Hill on Love Lane may be our new favorite hidden gem. Anna was an amazing host! She made us the most delicious breakfast each morning. The accommodations were very comfortable and quite cozy. The location was great - convenient to the main street in Waynesville. We will definitely be back!

Comfortable, Charming and Restful

The Bed and Breakfast was charming and comfortable. The Breakfasts were outstanding! Anna is the perfect host, friendly, sincere and goes out of her way to make sure one has a great time! The bed in our king room was quite comfy and the room had a beautiful view of the mountains. We were lucky to have our Thanksgiving dinner at the inn and it was absolutely wonderful!
