Las cosas claras, el precio no es broma, el hotel (y el restaurante) es caro.
Sin embargo, bien vale la pena. Las habitaciones son amplias, el servicio es bueno, las amenidades son muy buenas y la limpieza es excelente.
Las instalaciones son lo mejor, amplias con muchas cosas que hacer. El campo de golf es enorme y muy buen lugar para caminar.
Cada esquina es muy bella, lindo lugar para fotografiar.

Hermoso hotel con una perfecta ubicación. Habitaciones perfectas y un excelente servicio.
Lleno de actividades, muy recomendable.
Cerca de Mt. Hood y varios hermosos sitios. Perfecto para descanso, deportes, familia o eventos.
No se arrepentirá! .
Beautiful area, property needs updating

The concept of a resort should make one feel like they are surrounded by amenities. This property, pre-covid, likely met all of those expectations. Due to lack of staffing we experienced numerous short comings but most of them were minor and what I brought to the resort's attention was quickly handled. The room was comfortable but the modern "updates" to the shower (half door only) meant there wasn't a way to pull a door or curtain closed. This resulted in water pooling up on the bathroom floor and obvious dry rot damage to the bathroom door. Additionally, there was a broken toilet paper holder, we weren't provided with enough towels or coffee pods, and there wasn't any room service option or breakfast. For what was paid per night, these things should have been non-issues. I'm guessing with proper staffing levels many of these items would have been addressed and wouldn't have happened in the first place.

I got married at this property 10 years ago. We came back up to celebrate 10 years. It was so sad how run down it had become. Burnt out lightbulbs, dirty floors, loud and badly tuned bathroom fans that sounded like a 747 taking off, buckling carpet, moldy/mildew smell, ratty bed linens, peeling paint and sagging rooflines - kind of like a cabin-in-the-woods horror movie. And we were in the $350/night room! This is an absolutely stunning setting and I don't think BW leadership knows the gem you have. THIS Is where people would want to go to get away from COVID and being cooped up, IF they spent some time on it. I would never ever recommend this to anyone. It's dirty, sad and run down and WAY overpriced.
Needs updated and new management.

Room was spacious but very outdated. Tv remote broke, bathroom sink plugged, shower head leaking all over. Room smelled musty ( not sure it was used a lot) I travel for work quite a bit and this place was one of the worst from a name brand chain.
