Basic hotel, but acceptable for quick family stay. Pool and hot tub adjacent to lobby for all to watch. Horrible location, right off busiest street, and the Wendy's line sometimes blocks entry to one of 2 entry points.
Room is fine. Cheap and loose shower liner. Super noisy toilet wakes people up. Super loud when someone showers. Peeling wallpaper, including a horrible patch job next to bed. Broken bathroom door lock, and bottom of door was chipping off. Nice big mini fridge and a microwave. Nice channel selection on TV. Bring your own hands soap, they don't give you one.
Breakfast was not bad. Continuously attended by friendly staff. Kids enjoyed it.
This should be $150 a night hotel. I feel cheated at 260. Mandatory daily tip for room service that you are taxed on, even if they don't clean during your stay!

I was traveling with my dog and the hotel I went to first did not take dogs. I found that this hotel did and gave it a try. I have never stayed at a Holiday inn before. The hotel was really nice and check in was a breeze I also was just in time for a quick meal. The room was beautiful, I wish I had taken pictures but I was just so exhausted from driving.
Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Check out was easy as well, i took Charlie to the front so i could grab some food to take on my trip (free breakfast) the staff was helpful they loved on Charlie so i could get my food :) They give you a dog gift upon check in as well :)
Pool! Hot tub!

It had been a year since our kids got in a pool. So, it was wonderful to book an hour for the private pool/hot tub room on arrival. You can’t book the pool before you get there and Fri/Sat nights get scooped up fast. But the pool room is warm, the pool is 82 degrees and hot tub 104.
The only negative to this hotel is the maid doesn’t wear a mask, just a face shield. So, that’s a little unsettling.
Great Staff, Covid protocols in place, Clean rooms, Gluten free options, Happy Hour

We stayed here twice in two weeks!
The front lobby was clean, inviting and decorated for Halloween with a fire going in the fireplace!
Front desk staff Kimberly was so helpful, cheerful and kind and gave us great recommendations for restaurants. Nicole and Torrie both took excellent care of us during their 5-7 pm happy hour(Nicole) and Breakfast(Torrie) both with their cheerful nature and attention to our needs. Torrie even made me a vegetarian breakfast sandwich 2 days in a row when there wasn't a vegetarian breakfast burrito option. Nicole saved a Modelo for my partner when there was only one left knowing that it was his favorite beer and he would want it for HH.
Those special touches along with a clean room and the Gluten free(muffins and bagels) options for food made our stay for my partners birthday extra fabulous!
We highly recommend staying at this hotel while vising Wentachee.
An extra bonus of staying here is that you are very close to the Horan Natural Area and the Riverfont Park which are fabulous places to walk and or enjoy an accessible trail in nature to enjoy the birds, plants and trees. Lots of food options nearby. Fantastic takeout or dine in(when not Covide)Vietnamese Food at Cuc Tran Cafe at 7 North Wentachee ave!
I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

I live Wenatchee and have been having my house painted and currently rescue a 10 week old kitten and didn't want to expose the little guy to unnecessary fumes. I was greeted like family and the gentleman a self proclaimed animal lover showed interest in my pet which made me feel comfortable and welcome. Iplanned on two or three days depending on the accommodations and after day one i was so pleased i asked to extend another 9 days. Last night i noticed my kitten acting a little off i.e. scratching. bitung and at times whining which is completely out of character.I too was feeling skin irritation, so i spoke with the vety3 helpful and pleasant night time employee. She immediately showed concern and began working on getting another room, she didn't ask for examples or act like i was i inconveniencing her which made me feel like she was wanting to take care of me, the customer and didn't ever question me or ask for proof. Ive worked in customer service for 30 years and have found people dont follow the " customers always right" mentality. I felt very taken care of.Due to my kitten issues with being abandon and hsbih3 a poor immune system i promptly took her into my vet to make sure she hadn't been exposed to any flea's excetera. My vet made some suggestions so i was at ease for the remainder of my stay and asked me to take in a stool sample. Now to most i sound like the crazy cat lady but this little 2 pound miracle has done alot for me in a short period of time so i feel protective of her.Upon arriving back to to the hotel i was taken back by the blatant rudeness of a staff member as i wait with a crying kitten who just wanted to lay down she pretended i wasnt there and continued a vonverdatin which had nothing to do with her job then rather than help me she answered a call which came in aftet3 id been waiting at least 5 min never5 apologizing or uttering a kind acknowledgement rather she dismissed my concerns one of which was a few videos of insects clearly moving.I have to be honest i expected there might br a bug here or there we have animals and it would be impossible to anyone including myself to guarantee there wouldn't bht i also expected her and or the head maid to worjk with me on identifying what i was looking at and figure out a solution., I explained i in no way felt they weren't doing a great job i jydt2 wanted to educate myself and work together because i loved tbe hotel and staff un until then. That didn't happen the head mmade and the employee treated me like i wa8 stupid even claiming i was videoing " moving" cat litter on m comforter. They kept looking at each other insinuating i didn't know what i was talking about and made me feel unheard and quite frankly like neither really cared they offered to give me a new comforter but after feeling gained up on and dismissed i saud no thank you.Again the entire tine i kept reassuring both of them this happens and i just wanted to have a solution i didnt want my room comped or outragess demands just team up and resolve the situation.Neither was helpful or responded like the previous associates which that old school golden rule attitude, whatever it takes to please a guest.Im writing this from my car im still currently staying here and walked out in tears with no effort from the front desk girl to alleviate my anxieties. Its mlt easy to travel with a pet and i felt so happy and relieved prior to this incident.Id love to hear from other staff at any other Holiday Inns in reference to this issue. As a business owner this type od condescending behavior from both girls would be enough to let tbem go but i knoe its not always that easy. I again have to give kudos to the gentleman that welcomed me on day one and the delightful evening girl who mot only helped me in the middle of the night ang2 not once made me fedl like i was asking to much and the poor thing had to hear all my woes from the day and really last 10 years as the later it got the more rummy i became.
