A good stay. I have stayed here before about two years ago and much is still the same. Nothing fancy,, but practical. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. It is due for a renovation, which seems to be in the works and which would be great to see.
Run down, dirty, and over priced

Horrible experience in a hotel that should be demolished, not renovated.
The staff was friendly but the hotel is a complete, dirty disaster. Crumbling building plaster and parking lot full of potholes.
Rooms have peeling wall paper, dirty, cracked bathroom tile floors and filthy tubs with moldy caulk and the faucet was coming out of the wall. Bathroom fan had 5 years worth of caked on dust right above the toilet. Carpets are stained and ripped. We were afraid to take our shoes off.
The hotel smells musty and the ac units make a lot of noise, and the ceilings In the room were stained and cracked. We paid $150 per room for one night and feel that we’re would have been better off in the red roof inn.
Towels were threadbare and barely any in the room, mattress was worn and lumpy and the cheapest soap bars that fell apart after one use.
This is far from the quality anyone would expect from a Sheraton- stay clear of this run down disaster.
Needs major updates

The staff is great, but the facility needs a lot of work. Indoor pool covered up, it’s an eyesore. The air conditioner really loud. TV only had a few channels like HGTV, no local or news channels. Terrible WiFi. Old carpet and beds. No coffee at provided breakfast.
Gone way down hill

This hotel needs major TLC. It used to be beautiful and was so close to Purdue. For $250 a night, it is a sad property. Indoor pool/spa shut down indefinitely, grounds are over grown with lots of weeds. Bathtub is plastic and very stained and water temp varies depending on flushing. fixtures appear to be original 40 years ago. Bed is poor (sheets are fine)and air conditioner is really loud. Carpets need to be stretched as showing lumps. They don’t pay for local TV, only a few channels are on the TV (think hallmark and lifetime) no news. The WiFi is bad, (which the front desk warned us about). This is what I would expect from Motel 6 or Super 8. Positive is Everyone on staff has been super nice and helpful. We won’t stay here again, sad because when we were at Purdue our formals were here because it was so nice. If they put serious money in and a shuttle to campus, it could be a huge money maker.
All that glitters is not gold!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All is not what it seems! From the mold and mildew smell as you enter the building where my room was originally located, water coming in from a window due to rain, the carpet soaking wet, fans on the floor trying to dry the carpet, a dehumidifier in the hallway. Complained and they moved us to the first floor to another room but that smell of mold and mildew never left our senses. That beautiful indoor pool you advertised on Hotels.com has been closed for 2 years due to "renovations". The hotel looks vacant from the outside the restaurant is closed, the parking lot has pothole craters throughout the property, the landscaping is full of weeds and they continue to grow. This was the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at many. My entire cost for my room should of been refunded back to me but when I complained to the desk clerk, she looked at me like I was from another planet and so did the desk clerk as I checked out. I should of taken photos of everything described here but I did not consider it at the time. I am sure that if you contact everyone staying at this place at the time I did will have the same opinion. One last thing was the fact that we were forced to use the outdoor pool which we did not due to the image of green algae in the water. You people should be ashamed of your selves for even opening up this place to the public. Trust me, I will leave this opinion of your Hotel everywhere I can to prevent someone else from the same experience
