I arrived at the hotel after driving 6 hours from Ma to find nobody working reception at 9pm. After multiple calls to the hotel, that went unanswered, and 45 minutes of standing waiting, I realized I needed to find another hotel. I am a woman traveling alone for a family funeral, in a place I don’t know, unable to check in at 10pm. UNACCEPTABLE MARRIOTT. I will never book at your chain again.
Terrible hotel experience, you might want to look elsewhere

I had one of the worst hotel stays in my 25 years of frequent hotel stays at Marriott properties. The room we were given was dirty and it had no heat. My son was so cold that he slept in his coat on the sofa bed the first night. This hotel has its own policy of no housekeeping service for stay of less than 5 days, even when a customer requests housekeeping service, like I had done. We were given a new room late in the next night when Shiva, the general manager, admitted that the room’s heater was inoperable and could not be fixed. Though a perfunctory apology was given by the GM, it was delivered with impression that the person could have cared less. We were relieved to check out of the hotel. We were concerned enough about the cleanliness of the rooms and bedbugs that we left our luggages in the garage after returning home. This property did not live up to the image that Marriott had built for the Courtyard brand.
Good room / good stay

After my niece's baby shower, we stayed at this Courtyard before driving back to Maryland. The staff was friendly. The cafe was open in the morning, and did not overcharge for tea. Our room was very large, and had two beds, a desk chair, reading chair, a dresser and a closet. The room was in good shape, and we slept well. Inside and outside noise levels were minimal.
Gone down hill significantly.

While the lobby area might have recently been renovated, it doesn't really matter since the Bistro isn't open fully and the rooms are not great. Upon arrival, I was greeted as a Titanium member, which was nice. My room smelled musty (as did the rooms my colleagues were staying in), and there was no luggage rack to place my suitcase upon. Housekeeping was in the hallway and quickly rectified the situation. The A/C was inconsistent - either too cold or just stopped and the room would get too hot. Additionally, the toilet had a slow leak which was why my pants would get wet every time I went to the bathroom. Lastly, housekeeping must have forgotten to remove their cleaning rag because when I took my first shower a nasty looking towel fell into the tub. I have stayed at this hotel previously several years ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately, the property has just gone downhill. Maybe it's due to Covid, maybe it is just what has happened over time. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again and am on the hunt for a different hotel.
A Standard Courtyard

This is a standard Courtyard, with all that entails. They are using the old key system so you can't get the mobile key on your phone. I got a bottle of water for being Plat. The Bistro was closed but they did have coffee in urns you could pay for in the morning, served by the front desk along with muffins in cellophane. I love the idea that anyone is going to pay for a cup of coffee here. You should either offer free coffee, or nothing if the Bistro isn't actually open. The location is good, and convenient, right next to a strip mall with a supermarket, Total Wine and some food options. Really easy to run across and grab stuff.
