Clean but Lacking in many areas

I'm a Bonvoy Gold member, so I say in many Marriott hotels. The Courtyards are definitely not my favorite, but this one had the right location. On the good side, check-in was easy, the hall carpets are clean and good looking, my room was clean and quiet, and I had a good night's sleep. On the bad side, there is no microwave in the room. There is one located by the front desk in the little out cove where you can purchase meals, but you would have to do all your food heating there. What about if you brought in food from the outside? What a hassle that would be. Why can't there be a microwave in each room? My room had absolutely no decorative items such as pictures, wall hangings, or anything else on the walls. The walls were clean and nicely painted, but you got the feeling you were in some hostel. Of course, there isn't any safe in the room. That seems to be a common Courtyard "attribute". The shower was another problem. The shower has two wire racks right in the corner next to the shower head. My wife was washing her hair and cut her arm on the top wire soap rack. I'll show a picture of the rack. The shower has body wash, conditioner and shampoo containers, but who can read which is which when your glasses are removed, and your face is wet? Why can't there be a big "B", "C", and "S" in large, white lettering? Would I stay here again? Yes, but only because of the convenient location.

I was very disappointed with my room in this Courtyard. The desk light was not working and I informed the front desk before going out to dinner. When we came back the light was still not working. A foul odor emanated from the closet, and the room overall was dingy looking. I was so disappointed that I checkout after the first night even though I had to pay for the second night because of the cancellation policy. I wanted to write to Marriott Customer Service but did not see contact information on the Marriott Bon Voy page. Needless to say, I will not be staying in any Courtyard again.

Comfortable hotel, good location

Modern Courtyard in a good location. Very quiet as it's set way back from main street. However, it has very easy access to main roads with fast food restaurants nearby. We would stay here again if we go to West Palm Beach for business again.

I just had a nice 2 night weekend, the room was very clean, the bed very good on courtyard as usual. We rented a car so no problem to move around. There is a large outlet plaza 5 min driving, wich was good. On the other hand, there is no place in walking distance to have a dinner, the hotel has a mini shop with fronzen food and some other things just in case. , did not see many people in the lobby and the pool it was empty, i did like the area to relax , but did not have much time to enjoy. , all the people was very helpful.

As someone who stays in a Marriott 3 times a week across the country, I have never had a more rude greeting when checking in. The front desk girl argued with me about my corporate code. That’s beside the point. The hotel presents itself as new on the website. I was placed on the bottom floor, which smells bad. The furniture is old with fingerprints all over it. It feels dirty and not cleaned. Will never stay here again. No response from management. Hotel is just gross
