This hotel is disgusting. I paid for five nights and by the first I wanted to leave. They put us in a room. We unpacked all our things just to find out the toilet didn’t flush. They moved us to another room and day two I find a giant roach near my shoes. The pool area is not well taken care of. The hotel needs remodeling. The elevator got stuck ! This hotel is falling apart. Im glad I took pictures.

I booked this stay at the last minute while stranded at the airport. After check in, the hotel manager entered into my room with out knocking. She then called the room twice, accusing me of not checking in. I was summoned to the front desk where I showed my paperwork. This property is dirty. The bathroom door did not shut. The linens should be thrown out. The towels had holes. The internet kept cutting out. Few channels on the tv. The property smells of a cheap cleaner covering a bad smell. The pool was dirty and so was the area around it. I paid $371 for this room. I could not wait to leave.

Place is disgusting. Manager is unprofessional and acts like she’s from the ghetto. Rooms are dirty after complaining you get an attitude like it’s your fault. They need a lot of work with customer service and cleaning . I had nothing in my room I needed it was completely dirty and it was almost 400 bucks for the night. Something is definitely wrong with that.

Was checked in by young lady Justina and a guy they were amazing. Went to my room soon as you open the door it an strong Odor mold smell . Housekeeping speaks no English. As of the managers they do not Accommodate guest with their needs very rude. Online states that there is an Shuttle from the airport Which there is not that is false advertisement would never stay with the Ramada again I was late for an business meeting. Outdated and unprofessional !!

This place is a wreck. It may be cheap but you get what you pay for. Bathroom in my room didn’t work, water was cold. The room smelled like old dog and cigarettes. The parking lot was flooded and was more of a pothole than parking lot. Avoid this place.
