Excelente hotel, muy agradable, buena comida, gran limpieza, grandes salones y servicio muy amable. El único inconveniente que se le podrida plantear es que está un poco alejado del centro, pero es el típico hotel para estar todo el día en la ciudad y volver solo a pernoctar

Choose Hotel for Pool but was Disappointed

The air condition, fan and heating unit in our room didn't work so it was very hot and stuffy! There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom so when you take a shower it gets very steamy! I went to call the front desk only to find the phone in the room did not work :( The pool was over crowded and extremely noisy. The water did not look clean and the smell of choline gave us a headache. The water was so full of choline our children's skin began burning and itching after just a few minutes in the water. This was disappointed because we chose this hotel for the pool for our kids. They did provide a nice breakfast that we enjoyed.

Stay anywhere else. Thermostat did not work had to unplug AC so it would turn off. Talk to manger at front desk said he would send someone up to look at it. Nobody ever came. Called front desk for more towels. Nobody ever came. Pool was a complete mess. Slide wasn’t open. Room dirty. Holiday Inn has turned into motel 6.

We came to Salt Lake City for a concert 🎶 and the Maverick Arena it’s located just across the street, it was a short but mostly “Safe” Walk to the arena!!! The hotel room was very, Very CLEAN!!! And the bed super Comfortable!!!! Then when we went to have Breakfast next to the Lobby… It was Espectacular!!!! Good Quality Ingredients and Plenty of Everything just to grab and Enjoy!!! Special thanks to the “Breakfast Crew” they are very Helpful and super Nice and Polite we had a very Nice talk to “NANCY” ” Very Friendly and she went the Extra Mile to Help us. Overall a Really Nice Experience here!!!!

Room furnace LOUD

Room was nice, it was clean. Beds were very comfortable. All good until we turned on the furnace! So loud. I ended up turning it off and then laid there listening to the furnace in the room next to us. Don’t think we will stay here again.
