Staff nice and friendly but hotel quality poor. Who has no tea bags, out of expresso coffee for machine, cloudy pool ( then handwritten sign it was closed), no washcloths, 1 hand towel, 2 bath towel, blood on shower curtain, cracked tiles on floor with missing grout, smoke free facility with smell of cigarette smoke in room (when I reported I got a shrug and “yeah people don’t follow the rules”), missing microwave, auto lights that go on when you roll over and wake you , noise problem with unanswered front desk calls, screws missing from swing arm security lock (had to ask twice for repair), lousy breakfast with poor options and lazy staff who shrugs when asked question. It misses the mark for a BW property. Better to charge a few $$ more per night and bring it up a rung on quality and comfort. Bring same quality to rooms that are represented in lobby and common areas. Could be a great place with infusion of $$$$

I just wanted to say that Mafi was excellent she had the best customer service was sincere very knowledgeable she had the best attitude and I am disabled senior and she was concerned and help me get to my room safely and was very very helpful I wish you had more people working like her for you she was great I would come back here just because of her great customer service 🙂

Warning - rooms were not clean, nor furnished with expected amenities - such as towels and bed cover. Stay here only if you have too. There are other hotel chains in same area that looked newer and nicer.

We booked a pet friendly room and did not mind that the floor was laminate (actually felt cleaner than carpeting ).
The shower and toilet room were not dirty but the corners needed attention. The closet doors were chipped and didn’t close completely.
The issues were the following:
Not a single towel or washcloth. When we asked they gave us towels and apologized. Evidently, there had been a large group of young people who left the same day we arrived, and the staff were still washing and drying towels and linens.
No facial tissues. Staff said they were completely out but a delivery might come very soon. There was TP and one extra roll.
No shampoo or soap but staff gave us one when we asked for the towels.
No hair dryer (maybe the kids took it?) but we don’t use a hair dryer so I didn’t bother to ask for one.
No carafe for the coffee maker. No cups either. No creamer. No sugar. We didn’t ask for any after the request for tissues.
One drinking glass.
No microwave although the website says there’s one. There was a refrigerator that appeared clean.
One of the lamp USB plugs didn’t work.
Not a piece of artwork on any wall.
The furniture looked okay with normal wear and tear. The mattress was firm but comfortable. Pillows were fine. The reading chair was downright hard. Desk chair was better.
No TV signal. My husband, who prefers not to ask for help, tinkered with it. He finally pulled the furniture away from the wall and discovered the HDMI cable laying on the floor unconnected to the TV. Plugged it in. Tinkered some more. TV and Direct TV went through self check, and eventually success!
Don't stay here.

We check in at around 8:30 p.m. on a Friday night. There was a long line in the lobby. None of the rm keys worked, so the concierge had to let everyone in individually. She was the only person on. The rm she took me to on the 2nd fl. was already occupied. The next rm she took me to on the 1st fl. smelled like smoke, the floors were sticky and there was only a flimsy sheet on the bed with a runner at the foot. However, we were exhausted, and there were no other choices. She told us that a 3rd party company had double booked the rooms!
A BW employee tried to enter our rm at 1:00 a.m. with guests. The grab and go breakfast was awful. I told the front desk we were leaving at 8:00 a.m., and then received a call at 11:00 a.m. asking if we left! Apparently, they had never changed my reservation from the first room to the second room.
We travel a lot, and for what we paid, it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. I would avoid staying here if you can. I typically stay at BW hotels, and have a good experience. I hope this is an anomaly.
