Holiday Inn and Suites
The stay was excellent the front desk lady Cindy was very accommodating with my needs of extra towels and blankets and was very professional. The rooms, pool, and hot tub are very well clean and maintained. The staff also are good about keeping people quiet and enforcing there "quiet hours".
Just Excellent Desk Staff
Ms. Cindy Beegle (I think last name is Beegle) was truly attentive. Check in was very smooth, and she was very courteous and friendly. She adeptly handled COVID issues, such that they were virtually transparent. Made me feel very comfortable. I don't normally write these reviews, but every once in a while you stumble into someone that cares to the point it is noticeable. It was just refreshing to check in with someone bright, vs dull and just doing their job...
Quite and excellent desk personal
Cindy was a treat and made the stay for work better than could be reasonably expected. Rooms were cleaned daily, comfortable, and large. Breakfast is as expected from a hotel, having traveled for work for over three years, I have had much worse.
Very clean, and friendly staff.
I've been staying here off and on for weeks at a time for going on 3 years now. My rooms have always been clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful (thanks Cindy and Cara!) and the kitchen staff is amazing even after Covid forced them into serving each person individually. Thank you all!
customer service excellence is a daily attribute
Cindy Goddard takes her job seriously, remaining kind and helpful to the crew even when she may be feeling down herself, more individuals like her is what this world needs. I frequent the hotel quite often do to work requirements and Cindy always greets the crew with a smile and the willingness to talk or listen.
