First off all, I am never big on ever even taking any time to read, nevermind write, a review online. However, considering most every thing now a day's are online I decided it might be a good idea. Moving forward, I could write an essay regarding how completely satisfied I am with this hotel. The amazing, clean, smooth running, fun but also professional and overall comfortable environment it possesses is second to none. Deserie in particular was absolutely unbelievably helpful and immensely caring in every and any need or question I had during my couple weeks vacationing and staying at this hotel. The staff members including Debby in the mornings to Manny overnight, and even the maintenance workers like Donald ALL WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO ENSURE I HAD THE BEST STAY POSSIBLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECCOMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE AND ANYBODY 100%. Thank you for exceeding any expectations for myself, family and friends.

Nice quiet area with friendly and helpful staff always willing to help with any need or request I may have. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet which is important to me as I work nightshift and have to sleep during the day. Housekeeping is every 2 weeks and they had no problem with my request to switch it to a day that I would be off as to not disturb my sleep schedule. You can do laundry right on sight which Is great and I never have trouble with the free WiFi. I am able to hook up my Firestick with no problem and watch Netflix, Etc. I have lived here for the past 3 months and have felt nothing but safe and accommodated. This has been a great place to call my temporary home and I have no complaints about my stay here!

Whats not to love? You get free cable,free hot water,a kitchenette, free electricity, all for a fair amount of a price. Who couldn't love not having a big bill and not having to worry about all those bills.even having to worry about paying three times the amount that you have to with rent.pet friendly, husband and i love it. Highly recommend to come for a visit or stay long term, at extended stay of america they offer a 30,60 or 90 day stay if you cant afford an apartment anymore, or even if you are having problems finding a place. All the employees are really nice and enjoy talking to you. Mina the manager talks to us all the time when we get back from somewhere. Jason the night guy always helping with something, Debbie alway with a smile on her face ( even with a mask),all the employees here are great. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else thank for ever thing you guys do. Keep it up and stay safe everyone.

Front desk Jason is one of the best front desk people I’ve ever met he goes above and beyond for me .. the hotel is very clean and debi brings my mail without me asking I would always come to extended stay thank you so much

The Team Lead Mina months ago along with another guest not only in person but with a letter left under the door that he would be by with Maintenance to check and see what issues needed to be fixed. A letter I still have. Not only did he not show up, leaving us waiting on him, but he didn’t call to let us know he wasn’t coming. Needless to say those items went unfixed including the bathroom sink. I was told once by a maintenance guy I only met once that it was up to housekeeping to fix it. Housekeeping services are rare. I went months without any, being told by front staff that there’s no housekeeping schedule. And many many times they would tell me they were coming only to not show up. I was finally able to get the bathroom sink fixed the last time my room was cleaned by a new housekeeper. In early October the room key card machine stopped working. This went on for at least 5 days. Instead of fixing it asap or borrowing one from another site, staff and management had guests leave their doors ajar. Not safe at all. 2 fellow guests were given 3 days stay credit. When I asked for equal consideration I was refused. Shameful on management. The side door always broke. It could go days or as long as a week not working. Latest before I checked out Team Lead told myself and other guests the door didn’t work because it was cold outside. That wasn’t true and he had to admit to that after it not working after a couple of days. The side door not working is a way too much of a common problem. A few months ago I personally witnessed a car accident in the parking lot. I immediately went to the front desk. Mohammad was working. I told him to call 911 as there was just a major car accident. Not only did he Not call the police, he decided he was the one to see it and left the front desk to go look. He never called the police. Because of his ignoring a guest who asked him to call the police for this car accident, I was later verbally harassed by the guest who caused the accident because he confused me with another guest who was talking to others about him. When harassed by a guest with issues just because she felt like it, I reported her to the front desk and told it was my problem. Because of this ESA’s lack of doing anything about that guest I lived in fear every time I went outside and she was there since she decided to use someone who kept to themselves as a punching bag.
There’s been improvement thanks to Tony who used to manage this location in tv services. But internet is still not that great. He also improved the laundry. Prior to Tony was Mr. Kahn. He had maintenance remove all the desk lamps and Never replaced them, reducing lighting in the rooms. Coffee and grab and go breakfast has been gone since the beginning of Covid19 even though other hotels have managed to find a safe way, albeit modified, to continue some breakfast offerings and still maintain Covid19 safety. Some hotels even use special seals to not only show those rooms cleaned to Covid19 safety but to show the room hasn’t been entered after it was cleaned and before the guest entered the room. Jason and the new housekeeper I found to be excellent. But extremely disappointed in management, team lead and the regional manager (who ignores emails to him).
