Wanted a cheap and cheerful room for the night but these rooms are the bleakest I have ever stayed in. Rooms are in desperate need of re-dec carpets are extremely old, dirty and stained. Chairs from the 30's in room we found numerous random objects under seat, toothbrush, tweezers, toys and filth. Heating turned off at night with huge gaps in window woke up freezing. My partner and I slept fully dressed on top of the quilt in fear of catching something. Smell of old beer and cigarettes in rooms and complete mismatchy decor and furniture. Shared bathroom bleak would rather skip a shower. No one in building after check in until morning so no one to complain to. Left the building at 8:30 as we couldnt wait to get out!

Refused to stay at this place. Major health and safety issues, Health- photo and video taken of fleas! Fire safety- None! Luckily I booked through booking.Com and had a refund. Basically 3 run down rooms above a restaurant and no one living on site, so no one to complain to.

Unless you are going for a cheap rough place for stag nights possibly....no heating,gaps around window big enough to put fingers in, quilts super thin, no staff on site breakfast (we didn't bother)served 1 hour after you need to start paying for parking, which was only free between 6pm & 8am. So overall if you only want to sleep it will just about pass but not otherwise.

A dismal place, you have to ring a number to be met, you get given a key and told to keep the doors locked at all times. No fire safety there, The room was clean but very worn. No heating and lighting is very dim. As a flop for revellers I suppose ok but certainly not good enough for a family stay. Was told on booking that there was free on street parking... this is 5 streets away if you're lucky enough to find a space. The area is bleak , a lively pub Accross the road will keep you up. Next to no draught or soundproofing given from the very dated glazing. Toilet is shared with other rooms, again cold and no sink for washing your hands. The shower room is roomy but very dated. The staff member we met was polite but didn't have any answers for concerns. Would I stay again... No. It's cheap for a solid reason.

We booked through booking.com now I have read the reviews I'm suprised they are still letting people book there. It was so dirty we had to stay one night as I couldn't find anywhere else who had a family room. We didn't stop the 2nd night that we had booked. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Worst place I have ever stayed in. No excuse for not cleaning a room. They should be ashamed, bit i guess not as this seems to be hsppening over and over again. Disgusting and shocking that booking.com are still letting people stay there.
