Me senti muy bien, el personal fue muy diligemte, tiene todo lo que puedes pedir durante un viaje de negocios. Espcialmente en comunicaciones, desayuno y rapidez en el check out. Felicitaciones al staff, especialmente durante el desayuno.

Enjoyed the size of the king room w couch and rolling ottomans especially after dinner when not quite ready for bed but other than that not much more. There was no hot water even after letting it run for a few minutes as front desk suggested. The blow dryer also lacked heat and took twice as long to dry hair. No one was at the desk when we were trying to check out so we had to wait around for about 10 minutes. Did enjoy the coffee station though.

Thank you to Mr. Mark Watkinson, General Manager for his replay and apologize for calling him this morning not realizing that he already reply to us. However I am surprise with the following points during our discussion:
1. We stayed for 3 nights and our room was serviced 2 nights out of the 3 nights; he indicated because of COVID “The Hilton” is not required to service the rooms daily, rooms are serviced only every 3 days, he referred me to the fine print in the reservation. I am very surprised of this statement; I thought with COVID; rooms are supposed to be serviced daily to minimize spread of infection. I reviewed our reservation all I didn’t find such statement.
2. He indicated that some of the staff didn’t make it on the day the room wasn’t serviced because of Hurricane Henry, which didn’t have any serious impact; however we have seen more staff that day than we had seen the previous day. If the staff was directed to only serve the rooms which are going to receive new customers; then this is incorrect direction by management to ignore the old gusts.
3. He also indicated that the gusts are expected to pay the full rate either the room is serviced or not.
4. Are these new policies by The Hilton? I hope someone from Hilton will reply to us.

We had to go to Providence for a funeral, and this Hampton inn was the closest, I was disappointed walking into the tiny room that cost me over $200 per night, there is no place to walk inside the room without hitting each other, and no place to even put anything out of the suit case,a broom closet for our clothes that is almost filled up with the ironing board, not one single drawer in the room, and a very tiny window that is facing another building, however for the fact that we will be out all day every day, we didn’t care much. Our last day they were expecting Hurricane Henri to hit, which didn’t happen, we only got a little wind and some rain, so when we went back that night to our room, the room was not made, we had no shampoo..etc, no towels, trash was not picked up, we contacted the front desk, and AMANDA was VERY rude to my husband, her co worker Will tried to make up for her rudeness by bringing towels, shampoo…etc, he was nice and decent.
A word to management, this was a very bad decision for the guests who paid that much money, and not even have their trash picked up.
Shame on you Hampton Inn.

Everyone was very friendly. Room was very clean, shower had great pressure and the bed was very comfortable. Very convenient local for what we needed. Breakfast was very good. The coffee was excellent.
