Room smelled absolutely disgusting, blood stains on carpet. Broken tiles in bathroom. Mold and buildup on air vents and in bathroom. AC didn’t work. No refrigerator in room. Guy who rides green bike was rude when asking anything related to rooms or cleaning.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. We arrived fairly late after a show at Red Rocks. The front desk person (David) gave us our key and we went up to our room only to find there was already someone in there. We got keys to a different room (right across the hall) and found someone already in that one too. The front desk person was not apologetic at all and didn’t seem to understand why we were upset with the situation. We didn’t feel safe staying there (zero confidence he wouldn’t have given someone else keys to our room). He put us in a room at the Comfort Inn but didn’t offer any other compensation. It was an unbelievably horrible experience.
This place is so awful it hates itself

No hot water, no switching rooms, no refund. No extra blankets for my kid cause housekeeping takes key to linen closet home. $6 for ONE load of laundry and the room didn't even have a phone. Customer service is marginal at best.

I like this hotel!! There is just one issue with a front desk employee. I'm a dimond member and instead of the upgrade I would like the second floor. I requested it. 1st floor has to many busy body's that don't mind their own business. I go unwind on the weekends after a long work week sometimes stay a week at a time. I work construction 11 hour shifts. The same employee with long hair biker looking guy questioned me because I called to make a reservation for next weekend. I usually reserve online but my phone froze so I decided to call. Other than that all the other front desk employees are amazing that's including housekeeping!! Thank you super 8!!

I would like to tell you about Daniel, he works at the front desk, shifts 3-11 p.m. He is very kind, provides great resources, wonderful to talk with. A lot of the time he will stay overnight helping the lady who works the graveyard shift, with him staying overnight I feel safe staying at the motel. Daniel goes above, and beyond helping guests before his shift, and after his shift.
