We knew nothing about this area, but took a chance....it was GREAT! The hotel was clean, safe, and the staff was friendly and helpful! The bed was very comfy, and the sheets....Oh My!! They were so soft!

The staff were friendly, and I noticed that they were very conscientious about cleaning the common area. There were hot breakfast items as well as the usual cereal and yogurt. The room was clean and pleasant. The TV was good. There was only one elevator, but we didn't have trouble getting access. I would stay here again.

We picked this Holiday Inn Express property because of reviews. We were not disappointed. The public spaces (and our room) were clean. We felt comfortable staying here. It is located near multiple food options. We would definitely stay here again. We liked it because they have fresh coffee in the lobby (it seems like) always..ready to go. There were 3-4 things that could be done (small things, but they add up). The trash container at the front door, where guests empty out their car before going in, was full, and needed emptied. Whereas our room sparkled with cleanliness, the elevator needed a little ‘touch up’. The WiFi needs tweaked...even the clerk said that sometimes it takes several attempts to get connected. What? My wife’s iPad never got connected. The tv came on easily, but of the normal channels that I watch, I continually got a message ‘unavailable-you did not pay for access to this channel’...really? Finally, we appreciated the sign on the front door that said masks were required in the public spaces...however if the desk staff does not wear one, it’s difficult to ask a guest to wear one. ..just saying.

Horrible customer service!! 2 of the staff have nasty attitudes one of them being the manager. Won’t give contact info to anyone over this manager with the bad attitude! Was booked on a Monday for a room on Thursday it was supposed to be a big room with 2 queen beds, bunk beds and a couch. We are a family of 5 with 3 small children. We got here Thursday night to be checked in and was informed that our room was given away (the worker called and confirmed with the manager that the owner gave our room away) and we were to be given 2 rooms with 2 beds in each (this does not work with 3 small children and insurance will not pay for 2 separate rooms) I signed for one room Thursday night. I called Friday morning and spoke to the manager (Erica) she had a horrible attitude saying we never had that room and that we only have the 1 small room. It has been back and forth and I have called ihg corporate and waiting to hear back. The worker tonight (Tima) has a horrible attitude as well I was checking to see if ihg had called to get anything straightened out. I came back down to get towels.... I was told I had to bring my dirty ones down to get new ones. I brought down the dirty ones( she literally counted them) and had to throw a fit to get 5 towels and 5 wash clothes so that we would have enough for everyone to shower. We have not had 5 towels yet since my kids haven’t stayed here every night since I have been trying to get the room straightened out. The people above us ran and jumped all night long! Kept us and our kids up all night long I was told there was nothing they could do until they got to the point to put them out but they won’t do that. This place is ridiculous! Don’t waste your money!

Fabulous Hotel. Great rooms and ooohhh the mattress was so comfy ..I didn't get much sleep because I didn't want to miss enjoying it !! LOL !! The hotel breakfast was simple, but they had cooked it perfectly so I was happy with it. Check in and out was quick and pleasant. Totally would stay again.
