Unreal
Unreal. Stayed on the second floor last week and there are literally prostitutes LIVING in the hotel. That’s why I choose to keep my family anonymous. Knock on 201- the girl Maggie was basically advertising herself. I even heard the paper is doing a story on this place . Everything I’m saying is 1000 percent true . Extended stay hotels are wonderful in general - who knows what happened here . I was even scared to report things to the front desk for fear they were ‘in on this’
Shopping
The hotel is hidden away but nice quiet location. Even though guest smoking in rooms because hallway smelled. My room was ok , but I’d return because Siberina was so pleasant she was empathic to my needs and gave me the attention that I needed. She never once made me feel less than! She should be the manager assistant.Please tell Pat the GM that he needs to promote her , her customer service exceeds any that I’ve come across. She soft spoken and sweet again addressing the issue made me feel like family. My complaint is the toilet needs more water to flush properly and pets should be in certain rooms that is why I had to move due to allergies of pet dander and weird toilet! I was taken care of and she helped with luggage wow!!!! Pat get on her promotion 😊
3rd times a charm
I booked a 2 night stay at the WoodSpring Suites Baltimore White Marsh; and I must say .... you do get what you pay for.... my boyfriend and I was greeted by a warm Siberina Moore who had the best customer service throughout the check-in. Once we got to the room we stepped out for some food, when we get back our Tv wasn’t working so I went down and spoke with Ms.Moore and she kindly came to assist us with our TV.... 3 rooms later she found us a room with a working TV and a comfortable atmosphere....She definitely turned he night around and I would definitely stay only if she’s here
Horrible—don’t bother
This place was disgusting. Our floor smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, there were animals next door that kept us awake, there was someone else’s PEE on the floor, the kitchenette was filthy and disgusting, there was trash under the bed, AND there weren’t even standard pillows on the bed. I can’t say enough bad things. Horrible.
Nice clean and affordable hotel
If you are looking for a place to on a low budget, you can definitely find it here. The rooms are clean and laid out well. The staff are very helpful. So check this place out if your planning a trip to this area. I think this place is perfect for a one night stay or for those that need to be in the area for an extend stay.
