Really Nice New Hotel In Kalispell
Reviewed 26 september, 2021
Really nice new hotel in Kalispell Montana. Clean, neat, and in perfect order in a great location. Easy access to the glaciers, downtown and the road to Yellowstone National Park, which was where we were going. In the summer months every hotel costs more because many are closed during the winter months and they have to make up the difference when they can. This hotel was well worth the price.
Believe all the great reviews!

Having stayed in a *lot* of hotels for both business and leisure over the past five decades, from inexpensive to way too expensive the TownePlace Suites in Whitefish easily ranks in my top ten all time. Sure, it's clean, neat and well-kept with a lot of going for it like a great location for visiting Glacier N P, in Whitefish which is a neat little town, it's the new 'style' TownePlace with a kitchette w/utensils/dishes/silverware in every room and the pool area has two Weber gas grills, a laundry and breakfast is nicely done. What makes this hotel super-special is the staff: kind, courteous, and willing to help far beyond the call of duty, 24-7, each and every day of our week-long stay. On a scale of one-to-ten they perform at a 12+, at least. Really!

Booked months in advance for anniversary/vacation. Front staff nice. Entering room noticed couch had large stains on arm, carpet stains, and bathroom sink drained slowly. We did have that fixed. Went out for day on anniversary; returned exhausted from driving thru Glacier. Entered room. Bed not made. Trash not emptied. Wet bath towels on floor in bathroom, no towels to shower with. Went too desk and was told "we do not enter unoccupied rooms. I'd have to put our laundry and trash" Excuse me I'm on vacation. What did I exactly pay over $800 for? To make matters worse, I've reached out to hotel. I truly want to know what did I pay for, a bed and shower? Response only about stains. I've sent several emails to Marriott. At this point, will not stay again at a Marriott. If you book anywhere beside to ask if they clean room!

We stayed her for Glacier National park visit. The suites are well appointed including a full kitchen. Rooms are very nice/modern. The front desk was very helpful, they let us borrow their bear spray for our trip to the park. Would highly recommend this hotel for those who are staying in Whitefish/Kalispell area. That said if you are visiting GNP and are able to get a room in the park you will save a lot of time in commuting (although the accommodations inside the park will not be as nice as this one)
Nice property in nice town

I liked this hotel and I like Whitefish. Spent two nights in Kalispell and one here and have to say I prefer Whitefish. Slightly closet to the park and a lot more character. The hotel itself is not quite in the nice downtown area though, but it's a very short drive or long walk. The room was really spacious, newer and clean (with exception of shower curtain liner which was discoloi and needed to be replaced), with everything for a short or long stay, including a huge walk in closet bigger than ours at home, and another good sized one in bathroom. Comfy bed and bedding. Towels could use improvement, a little rhin and scratchy. Likewise breakfast could be better. Was billed as a "full buffet" but there really wasn't much there, hot food or otherwise. Kept looking to see where the rest of it was. What they had was decent quality however. Anyway giving give stars for its convenience and quality of rooms. Overpriced like everything else in the area but at least it feels a little more upscale.
