Wow, unbelievably bad. Beware!!
Opinión escrita el 24 de enero de 2023
Bad, and more bad... I came for a relaxing Christmas holiday and not only had a bad experience with the property and staff, but I am still trying to get money refunded. I booked the trip for 9 days. Wishing 48 hours of arriving, I was trying to leave the resort. I was in 2 rooms over 9 days. Housekeeping came 2 times in 9 days. No mini bar. No room service. Broken lamps, moldy black out curtains, badly stained floors, exposed wires, broken tile, trash under bed when I checked in, exposed nails, furniture so dusty I could write my initials in the dust, and unhelpful management as far as sorting out the problems. By the 4 day, the COO, the head of housekeeping, and the head of reception all came to the room to see the problems. I was moved to another room, but still no housekeeping service, wifi was poor at best, dirty dishes stacked up for days, given 2 towels and told to "reuse them" over and over, the hairdryer blew up while using it, and many more issues. I begged them to help me either leave the island or move me to a different resort, but they were uninterested in doing so. I was on the phone with Amex daily trying to get them to work things out with the resort, but PBC basically said, NOPE, no refund and won't help. The thing that really surprised me was the fact that PBC kept telling Amex that I was "happy and satisfied". Obviously I'm not. I am writing this to warn others. It was not completely renovated in 2020, there are not 5 restaurants on the property, and it is not what they advertise. The best thing I can say about my vacation is the drinks were good. And I needed a good drink after dealing with PBC for hours everyday for more than half of my 9 day trip. Buyer beware.

Perfection at Pineapple Beach Club
Opinión escrita el 17 de enero de 2023
Just home from a fabulous holiday at the PBC. The resort is truly Caribbean - no high rise here - and small enough to meet people from the US, Canada, UK etc. Such a friendly relaxing place standing on the best white sand beach ever. We had a Garden Room steps from the beach and within easy walking distance of the restaurants and bars and it was lovely. The food was good and plentiful especially on the Summer Party night when the seafood was to die for. We loved the choice of cocktails and my husband loved experimenting with ice cream and rum!! We visited Nelsons Dockyard and Shirley Heights - must do trips and the catamaran trip to the west of the island was a really fun day filled with rum punch, music and the friendiest of people. Thank you PBC we will be back!! J and J Barton

New Year @ Pineapple Beach Club
Opinión escrita el 16 de enero de 2023
Visited Pineapple Beach Club on 27th Dec & stayed over the New Year for a week in all. We had the most fantastic stay here which was made all the more special by a lovely room overlooking the Sandy Beach & Water & complimented by superb staff across all the Food + Drinks outlets. I did feel though that this was perhaps not replicated by the Team in the Reception area.[Maybe just me]. New Year's Eve was mental & enjoyed by everyone I guess, even those supporting Headaches the next morning. As with most 'All Inclusive Resorts' the go to food being the Buffet was OK, nothing special but this was complimented by Italian & Grill options + a night at their 'sister resort' across the road. So getting these booked is generally seen as a priority thru Guest Services. The hotel as I would imagine with a lot of Antiguan Hotels is fairly remote & Taxis need to be hired to go to most of the sites or you speak to 'G Man' on the beach to book excursions. It still mystifies me why they allow the 'Ganja Man' onto the Hotel Beach selling his wares.!!! Pineapple is a lively resort [certainly over our break] & surprisingly lots of Youngsters [ 18 - 25] with parents who seemed to be having a great time. A really enjoyable relaxing time. Could i recommend that you guys get your Guest Questionnaires sorted so that they are legible & then you'll probably get more returned.

Amazing Caribbean Resort
Opinión escrita el 9 de enero de 2023
A beautiful resort! We did not plan to stay in the resort, but because of the winter storm flight cancellations, we were relocated to this beautiful Caribbean paradise. Grounds are beautiful, a very relax atmosphere, everything is close to the beach. Plenty of table games, beach volleyball, night entertainment is very casual. I want to thank Amber, FOH Manager, for taking care of our needs during our short stay in the resort. ( two nights). She was very professional and caring. In the stressful situation of flights’ delays, Amber had everything under control. I am planning to come back to Pineapple Beach Club for a longer stay in the future. ❤️
