The room was very clean, the Service was quit and comfortable. In the Morning breakfast was wonderful with many options and a lovely hard worker named Dashanda who was tirelessly working to make sure everything was stocked and delicious. She was a perfect Breakfest Attendant!

DUMP- rooms smell like mold, the manager “Amy” from Raleigh was AWFUL- I would have fired her! Platinum Elite on Marriott- I can not even think about sleeping in this dump! So now we have been on hold for an hour with Marriott Bonvoy - elite??? Joke-no one has picked up. Worst hotel in America- no lie. No ice -Amy said you have to make it the old fashioned way. And thanks for NOTHING Bonvoy Platinum elite! JOKE

jan is always super nice and up and ready to give all her guest the best hot breakfast to start their day with she even went out her way this morning for our family as our house coaght fire she is always on her A game and is happy and always is smiling we love u JAN

Holly, at the front desk, was extremely helpful and a delight throughout my 3 day stay. Nice casual hotel, but the staff and service was excellent. Would most definitely stay again. The only shortcoming was the outdated design and look of the rooms, but supposedly they are renovating to upgrade.

Thankfully we only stayed one night driving up the coast north. The front desk lacked southern hospitality and friendliness. Talked fast. This is a very odd layout. The elevators access is not off the lobby but down the hall. The pictures on TA look much nicer than in actually. Our room smelled so madly so be sure to bring lysol or fresheners. Everything is very outdated and in need. The bathroom door didn’t close. We skipped the breakfast which was grab and go anyway.
