A smaller hotel without a casino. A nice gym and pool area. My only complaint is: No food service pantry area after 2pm. That can be a problem if you want a snack at night. A small 24/7 food pantry is needed.
Comfortable, Convenient, Clean and Friendly

Convenient location near a monorail stop, the resort also has a plenty of free parking, mini-mart that sells Starbucks coffee. Our unit was clean and quiet, with a comfortable bed, full kitchen and lounging area. Friendly staff. I would stay here again for sure. The only negatives are the daily resort fee for “free wifi” and other trivial benefits and a very clunky interface with streaming services which made using apps on the big screen TVs impossible.
My 2nd home in Vegas

I consider HGVC my 2nd home every time I am in Vegas which is every other 2 weeks. As Elite Premier owner in HGVC, I have other HGVC options in the area. I keep coming back to this property because the staff and management make me feel like family. This is true regardless of whether they are busy or not - even during the trying times of the early part of the pandemic. They have a more personal approach to treating their guests. I highly recommend HGVC Paradise.
Expected better from Hilton Grand Vacations

We booked our reservation for a 2-bedroom unit several months in advance for a 3-night stay to help celebrate a wedding for a long-time friend. One day prior to arrival I called the resort to inquire about an early check-in, as we were driving 5 hours from Phoenix and we had a rehearsal dinner to attend at 5 PM in the Fremont District. The representative said that he could not guarantee me an early check-in but to call the next day and request it at that time. He said that they start cleaning the rooms at 10 AM so it is possible the rooms may be ready before 4 PM. I called while we were driving and was told to check availability after we arrived. We arrived at the resort at 3:10 PM. Of course, our rooms were not ready. They said that one of the 2-bedroom units was clean but the 2nd side was not ready yet. I was told they would call us when the rooms were ready. My wife & I retrieved our luggage from our car & waited in lobby. There was a long line at the counter & I could see that the clerk was busy. After 15 minutes with no updates, I got back in line & approached the counter. The status was the same and it was now 3:30. I asked for a house key so that we could at least use the restrooms. I again explained that we needed to get ready for the wedding party & asked if we could use the room that was ready while they finished cleaning the 2nd room. Apparently, that wasn't an option Our room was finally ready around 4:20 - well beyond the 4:00 PM check-in time. The accommodations were acceptable. The resort fee is a money grab. You receive vouchers for bottled water, and they also claim that the fee also covers the ability to cast personal devices onto the TV. Well, I am very technically inclined and was unsuccessful in casting our devices. The outdoor spa was out of order. They did direct us to their sister property on the strip to use their spa, which we did. However, that also meant driving over there, getting a parking pass, then going to the counter to get a key to the pool area. That’s a bit of a hassle and significant inconvenience. There is a store on site that carried a nice variety of items. However, the store closes for the day at 2 PM – I guess nobody ever needs anything after 2 PM. I am a gold member of both Hilton & Marriott, & have been a timeshare owner for 22 years. I have experienced a broad spectrum of venues. I expected better from Hilton Grand Vacation. This was a very average experience, more in line with a hotel property than a resort.
