Staff at check in was very rude...both ladies. No breakfast or pool due to COVID. (Everything else in the area was open!!!) Garbage was overflowing in front of the hotel entrance, many cars hanging out in the parking lot with people jumping in and out of the cars. Not sure if they were hotel guests. There is potential for this to be a premier hotel due to its location, however, they need to step up first. Disappointed.

Do not stay here! I am not high maintenance person, this place was just GROSS! No cleanliness at all within my room or rest of the hotel. Front desk lady was swaying back and forth leaning on things because she was so drugged up she couldn’t stand.

If you unfortunately pull into the parking lot, do not pause. turn around and leave. We made the mistake of getting a room. The signs are up saying mask required yet no one had a mask. It wreaked of weed and cigarettes. Waiting at the front desk to check in I was hoping the woman was behind a bulletproof glass because it looked like she needed it. Angry people in the lobby. We were exhausted. Got a room. Even walking to the room I felt threatened. Large intimidating men in the hallway. We took the stairs because the elevator looked too decrepit. Thankful to be alive after that flight of stairs. Men hanging out in the stairway. Opening the door to the room.. is filthy. Stinks of mold and mildew. White powder substance on the couch with footprints. Wrinkle dirty bedspread. Picked up the phone to call front desk to try to cancel. It was so greasy and filthy and crumbs everywhere on it. It may literally be a crack house, drug dealing, prostitution hang out, homeless hangout! As we were leaving. Homeless people sitting all around the front. How is this place not shut down? Anyway. Like I said if you pull in turn immediately around and run away.

Horrific conditions at this hotel! Room and hallway both stank of mold and mildew. Room was very unclean. There was mud left from someone’s shoe on the table and there was something that looked like vomit on the bed ruffle. There were dead bugs and dirt in the drawers. Front desk staff was extremely unwelcoming.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever with a hotel. First, we were not given the adjoining rooms we were promised. At check in, the lady at the desk seemed annoyed to have to put her cell phone down and do her job. The facility has signs everywhere that claim it’s “smoke free.” Nothing could be further from the truth. The halls and rooms reeked of cigarette smoke— to the extent that my wife’s asthma was triggered and I got a headache. One of the rooms had apparent blood stains on the sheets, along with other unidentifiable stains. The smoke detectors were unhooked, hanging by wires, and not operational. After less than an hour, we determined that we couldn’t make the best of it. We left. The young lady with weak customer service skills told us that she couldn’t process our refund. I suppose we will have to follow up with corporate. Do not waste your time or money. You would be safer and more comfortable sleeping in your car.
