Big disappointment

Reviewed 5 august, 2022

We had stayed in Breckinridge and Vail at the Gravity Haus. Experiences were pretty good, so we booked a Gravity Haus in Winter Park. This is nothing more than a motel with outdoor entrances that has been updated. The rooms were nice but being next to a parking lot you would hear cars start and come and go into the lot. With the expensive price to stay here, I feel like this location really fell short. Huge disappointment with this location. For the price I feel like you can do better.

Nice Find

Reviewed 24 july, 2022

Considering how expensive hotels are in this area, this was a nice find. The room was very modern with plenty of surface space for storage. I liked the eco-friendly products and the black matte shower tiles were very nice. However, the shower pan was too shallow to keep the water from going on the floor and the shower curtain was useless. The bed was comfortable and the linens soft. The lobby/restaurant and outside patio were nice. We didn't eat there however. The staff were friendly and welcoming. There is a nice park and walking paths close by. I would recommend.

Best hotel for a skiing trip!

Reviewed 2 may, 2022

It was an amazing experience! I have traveled a lot of places in the world and visited many hotels. It is not every time that I had the chance to visit a hotel with that many facilities and possibilities. As for the hotel itself, the room is super comfortable, clean, cute, and I love the look! I also really enjoyed that the place has great little free and healthy snacks for athletes to consider when they arrive in their room. One of my favorite things about my stay at Gravity Haus was the amazing full equipped gym! It was hands down the best I have ever seen in a hotel! The gym is super big and has plenty of room to work out! It is not secret, I love to have an active vacation, and this place has all the features I needed. I was also happy to have the chance to enjoy a great hot tub after a long skiing day! If you are an eco, healthy, fit, and fun person, this place is the best place to go! The restaurant is also amazing, and the food is super healthy and delicious... It was so hard to choose! One thing I really loved was the eco packaging they had for the cups. It is so amazing for the planet, and I am happy to finally see a hotel taking some action into this important cause.

Perfect Addition to Winter Park

Reviewed 8 april, 2022

Gravity Haus is a much needed addition to the town of Winter Park. Any place that can serve me a beer or a drink as I check-in gets a bonus star (6 stars) Great location, clean nice rooms, friendly staff, great “warm” feeling bar, and priced affordable. What’s not to like.

Updated motel

Reviewed 13 march, 2022

I was familiar with GH brand and property in Breckenridge. Beware: this property is very different. It is an updated motel, complete with in-window heating/cooling and no thermostat. Pros: family room with bunk beds and king; mini fridge, bathroom sink that doubles as a kitchen sink, gym, classes and lounge/lobby. Cons: m hard to swallow paying $720 for 2 nights at a motel. Front desk folks double as baristas and bartenders and there’s little knowledge of local area / no concierge to recommend hiking, etc. Also no room cleaning during stay. Heating unit was dusty and incredibly loud, making it very hard to sleep. It was functional but we were expecting A LOT more from the brand and for the price. Would not stay again - better value to stay at Best Western or try for a condo.
