Dirty room with staff that didn’t seem to care.

Our room was the wrong one when we checked in. The rate was kindly fixed by front desk staff. BTU, the room we enemies up in had hair on the toilet, hair in the sheets, crumbs on the office chair, cobwebs in the corner and much more dust and dirt. When I went to ask for clean sheets, I was asked what room we were in, so I told her. I then nicely told her the room was dirty, but just wanted clean sheets and would deal with the rest. Without saying a word, she went and got sheets, handed them to me, I said thank you and that was the end of the conversation. No, I’m sorry or can I take a look……… nothing! Very upsetting that care for customers comfortable stay or return does not seem to be a factor there. I took many pictures, but choose to not be that mean!!

Great Hotel To Stay In

Hotel was clean. Worker's were very nice, helpful. Had not issues with key cards. Room was clean and prepared great for my wife and I. Would recommend this Hotel. We were there for a racing event and will share with our racing friends who travel to stay at AmericInn in Rice Lake

Very beautiful hotel with very clean rooms. Very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. We had stayed at another chain hotel the night before that was awful. You get what you pay for and this hotel was worth every dollar we spent!

Nice Stop Over

Nice, quiet overnight stop. Good value for the money with easy on and easy off the major highway. Far enough away that you didn't hear the road noise. We were close to decent restaurants and were able to have a very nice dinner..

No elevator and No gondolan up stairs to move luggage I was here for construction work for a few weeks, good, safe place, plenty places to eat near by, better then a small town, Kwik-Trips have lots to offer in food, gas and free ATM, Kwik-Trip's are about a mile each way from American Inn
