Check in was simple and quick. Lobby was spacious and very nice. Hotel is right next to I 90 and has a lot of restaurants and shopping very close by. Clean room with comfortable firm bed. Great place to stay

Good place to stop in for a night. A little confusing to get to from the freeway but the area is nice. The gym had no AC and was about 100 degrees in there. Breakfast staff very friendly and efficient. Will probably stay again if passing through.

We had a typical Marriott experience here - clean, friendly, bright and pleasant employees. We stayed here on the way home from Mt Rushmore and would recommend it. The only downside was the breakfast needs to be better. The juice machine was off, but one of the people working the breakfast area turned it on to get juice for me.

We stayed here for a night passing through from Indiana to Minnesota. Greeted very warmly at the front desk. Great bed in suite 421. Suite was very clean-thank you! Corridors were immaculate. No paint chips anywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

With so many hotels struggling during the pandemic, you’d think the folks working would be gracious to their guests. We stayed booked for one night, upon arrival and we realized the weather looked bad and added another night. We left to do some shopping in the area and when we returned our keys had been deactivated. We went back downstairs and spoke with “Andy” who was very confrontational. He indicated we had checked out, clearly we hadn’t. Is is so hard to be kind? If we hadn’t paid we would have left. It was humiliating. Please go down a few blocks. The Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn would treat you with respect. So unfortunate.
