I was here for 2 weeks staff were all cheerful & sorted out a minor problem I would have liked to stay another week.
Nothing too much trouble.The pool & hydrotherapy was great to relax in the evening . Changing facilities were immaculate as was the gym & studio. Gym equipment is top of the range & a good variety.

Can't fault this venue - our son had his wedding here and it was perfect from start to finish, everything went so smoothly, and staff worked so very hard. Wonderful food - very tasty, and beautiful cooked and presented. The rooms at the hotel were beautiful - clean and contemporary and we lacked for nothing. Thank you to all the team at Woodbury Park who made our wedding event on 12th September such a delight.

Visited for three nights staying in hotel and lodge. Part of golf society that played the Oaks Course twice and Acorn Course.
Hotel rooms were very good and reception staff very helpful.
Lodge was good.
Had breakfast and dinner at Woodbury. Service was very good.Breakfast was excellent. Dinner very good.
Pro Shop staff were excellent. Very friendly and professional. When we were unable to play East Devon G.C. due to fog. They were able to let us have tee times on the Acorn course. Mark could not have been more helpful.Thank you.
Leisure facilities are free and very good.
Our first visit as a Society. We will be back. Thank you WP.

What a shame. Nice room, but no room service or tea and coffee replenishment unless you ask for it. None of this was mentioned at check in, so if you didn’t read the bumpf on arrival or notice the little slip of paper on the table, it’s rather a shock. Breakfast in the club house was an absolute shambles on all three days. Had to wait at least 45 minutes for food whilst looking at overflowing bins and dirty plates piled up on the front counter of the kitchen. All this gives the hotel such a bad name and it wouldn’t take much to put it right. Eat somewhere else!
Amazing stay at the Woodbury Park hotel.

After reading the reviews by other people, I was not too sure what to expect. However, having spent two nights this week at the hotel, all I can say is that it was amazing. The deluxe room 121 with a balcony, was very nice with a comfortable bed, clean carpets, lovely ensuite bathroom & coffee making facilities. The only thing which I expected to have but didn't, was a hairdryer. There is no air conditioning. This made the room a bit warm as they were hot days; although the fan provided, did help. The staff were very pleasant & helpful. Priscilia at the reception was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
The breakfast which we paid £10 for, was well worth the price. I ordered a full English breakfast which included 2 eggs Royale (as I requested that), bacon, sausages, baked beans, mushrooms, toast, hash browns, coffee & orange juice.
We have travelled the world & I can say this hotel was well worth the visit. We sat in the area facing the golf course sipping our drinks enjoying a relaxing evening after a hectic day of sightseeing.
The car park was extensive; so no problem parking. Did not have meals at the hotel, but the Maltsers Arms 1.9 miles from the hotel, is definitely worth a visit.
