1 WEEK IN JULY
Opinión escrita el 26 de Julio de 2021
clean hotel, not bed location, quiet, laminate instead of carpet which is good, no public beach around, you need to drive. Friendly stuff, nice town, there is a small beach on marina, but you couldn't swim there. I can recommend this hotel to stay there and will stay next time when i am on Cape Code.
Average Stay at What is Supposed to be a Timeshare Property

I stayed here almost twenty five years ago and it hasn't changed much in that time span. The check-in was more like a motel 6. The gentleman behind the plexiglass forgot his personality in his other clothes when he changed. Mumbled some rules, regulations and information. Our room was on the second floor at the end of the hallway with no adjacent rooms. That was heaven. No noise from above or on the sides. The rooms are equivalent to a major hotel chain suite setup. Living room with utility kitchen and a bedroom. Two full bathrooms were nice. Ample parking onsite. There is a picnic area. Close to a lot on the Cape. It was a great base location for us to take day trips throughout the Cape for the week. With all of the other available properties I don't think I would be back.
First Time to Cape Cod

Make sure what you booked is NOT a hotel room - it's tiny! OR hope they have bigger units available and be willing to pay for the upgrade. Our 1-bedroom unit was amazing - spacious with a Jacuzzi and 2 TVs. No cooking - only microwave, a toaster and coffee maker. Mexican Restaurant next door and Irish restaurant (great breakfasts) across the road. Short drives to lots of other seafood restaurants.

This well manicured timeshare/hotel is on Route 28 MidCape, which happens to be a busy road but you would never know it since it is very quiet at the resort. You can walk to many restaurants (Keltic Kitchen is across the street and a Mexican Restaurant is next door) as well as the pirate museum. It was a peaceful, quiet visit. Our unit, on the 2nd floor, was a STUDIO/4 with Maximum Occupancy: 4, but I can not image 4 adults sharing this room. It would be fine for 2 adults and 1-2 small children. There are no elevators so we needed to carry our suitcases, etc. up a large flight of stairs. We did notice a covered stairglide though, so perhaps they allow handicapped people use of it. It is a clean hotel room with a double bed and a sofa bed and a partial kitchen with one full bathroom. The Kitchen included a sink, small counter with toaster and microwave as well as kitchen plates, bowls, glasses and silverware for 2 people. There was shampoo and body wash dispensers in the bathtub. The only negative about our stay was that the bed was so uncomfortable and small for two average size people. Our grandson slept on the sofa bed which we finally figured out how to open, and he enjoyed it. There is no midweek housekeeping services “due to Covid,” however the front desk staff was very accommodating with towel exchange. There was a washer ($2/load) and a dryer ($2/load) available. The resort offers a nice, heated, indoor pool as well as a nice outdoor pool where lounge chairs and tables are plentiful. There was no lifeguard at either pool. There is a nice picnic area with a swing set. We had a wonderful visit EXCEPT for the bed.

We have stayed many places in the Cape but not this one. It looks rather plain and the pool is small but the one bedroom units are really nice and the location is near Hyannis though not near the water.
