Enjoyed our stay at the Riverview Resort. The resort is at the end of a dead end street so you do not hear the traffic from the main road. It is within walking distance of several restaurants. Walked to Capt. Parker's Pub for delicious seafood. Keltic Kitchen, just a short drive away has amazing breakfasts.
A wonderful place on Cape Cod

The Riverview Condominium lived up to all our expectations. It is in a great location for seeing and experiencing all the fun activities and fabulous sights of Cape Cod. We were close to great places to eat and enjoyed the beautiful drives to the shoreline and nearby shops. Our unit was clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were nice and while small the partial kitchen had everything we needed. There was also a great picnic type outdoors area to relax in.

Excellent place to stay. Quiet, pleasant, comfortable. No complaints. I wanted a studio and was afforded one. The only real problem is they are slow to return security deposits. I have been away now for more than a week and no indication that the security deposit has been returned.
Perfect for a family getaway

I was pleasantly surprised by this quiet hotel, which is very close to so many activities and restaurants. Our family of 3 thoroughly enjoyed the suite, which consisted of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, and two bathrooms. The kitchenette was completely stocked with plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery, as well as dish soap and a sponge. It was great to not have to worry about bringing all of those items. The pool is indoors, so we were able to swim even on rainy days. The hot tub was being re-tiled while were there, so we weren't able to use it; however, we look forward to using a nicely-tiled hot tub next year. They have grills and picnic tables next to a lovely gazebo, and the community kitchen was very convenient for larger families or just doing puzzles. If you are looking for the newest, fanciest hotel, this place is not for you. However, it was clean and comfortable, perfect for our family trip to the Cape.
A Lovely Place to spend a week.

A nice quiet place to stay with family....also close to Hyannis (20-25 minutes depending on traffic) to shop for groceries and souvenirs. If you want to be closer to areas like Truro and providence town this will be a bit far. Rooms do not have a kitchen but rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and toaster as well as kitchen sink and dishes. Just no stovetop or oven - town ordinance. However, they do have a community kitchen which is well equipped and outdoor grills. Staff were very friendly and helpful. As a slightly older couple we liked that it was family oriented and peaceful; yet close to many things. We'd stay here again.
