Great resort with comfortable apartments.

I stayed in the fishing village self catering apartments and they are very comfortable and spacious with a decent sized terrace to sit out on. I only had breakfast once at the hotel as I was out early diving most days but it seemed to have a good selection. The resort itself is a good size with pools and plenty of sun loungers around. Part of the resort was closed due to lower numbers given Covid and travel restrictions which I understand but it was disappointing that the restaurants not open were the Greek / Cypriot ones when the Italian and Indian restaurants were open. Luckily there are some nice tavernas about a 20 min walk away you can go to instead if you would like to try local food. I also think the room safe should be available as part of the room charge, not an extra charge. Other than that, this is a great resort with fantastic staff who were doing their best with Covid protocols and a great place to visit.
Worst customer service ever experienced in hospitality

We have experienced a horrible customer service. The staffs' attidute ruined our stay there. Fully unprofessional. Totally inhospitable giving us headaches instead of providing a relaxing environment. Higly not recommended.
Dirty and disgusting

We stayed in this resort on the last week of October. Unfortunately we did not choose this resort and only stayed as our friends were getting married there and if it wasn’t a case I would of requested a full refund on the first day and found somewhere else. Room Room was okay, quite modern and large size. We arrived late and we had two chicken salads in a fridge and a bottle of water. First impression of the room was good until next morning when the sun started coming through and you could see how unclean the accommodation was. I did not complain as I wanted to enjoy my holiday. As it was Sunday we did not receive a room service as it’s day of rest, followed by no service on Monday. Tuesday they have replaced our towels and that’s about it. Wednesday no service, Thursday no service. Friday we came back to room at 7pm and the room was still in the same condition. I went to reception to ask why this was happening but they didn’t want to listen, dropped some fresh towels to us and that’s where it’s ended. Our linen was not changed once, we did not have any top up of water and had towels changed twice in whole week! Food Unless you like chicken nuggets and chips be prepared to eat out. We did on most nights as there was nothing other than mish mash!! You could not book Italian or Indian restaurants as it was always fully booked. Entertainment Awful. Nothing else to say. In house team shows most nights and for sure those guys cannot sing! Drinks Cheap and nasty served in plastic cups even if you were sitting on the terrace. I asked for glass few times and they said they only serve in plastic…. General facilities A lot to do for kids. I think that’s why people tolerated it. We have no kids so for us knee high pools were not something we enjoyed. But the biggest bug for me is cleanliness of general facilities. I have attached photos! It was never cleaned. The toilets weren’t working, i have reported that on first day and nothing was done. Poo on toilet walls, toilets blocked and dirty, bins overflowing. Literally i have been many places but I never seen anything this bad! Wifi-very poor. Water €6 for 6 small bottles, on the last night they charge me €9! Why?! I don’t know. Late check out €50. We have paid £2.5k for this holiday and I honestly can say I would never return or recommend to anyone!
Great for kids, Not for Food

A nice modern feel to the hotel, well maintained gardens and walkways l, great pools and lots of activities for the kids as long as you get in the app and book them at exactly 6:00 the night before, rooms very clean. Usual issues with sun beds get up by 7:30 or you don’t get one !! We had an issue the first night our room was right above the late night bar and at 1:30 it was still very loud not with music I must add just people noise, it may have been just a one off but we asked to move to the other side (facing the side road) the hotel moved us no problem the next day and it was really quiet. The breakfast is pretty basic nothing special, the food round the pool at lunchtime is quite good, fresh salads, fresh pizzas, Gyros etc however the main problem is the evening restaurant what a massive let down it’s really quite poor both on choice and quality they really don’t seem to make an effort to make anything stand out everything’s is very bland, the BBQ area outside is a let down never any staff manning the station, just lots of stuff they have cooked earlier going dry. In all good for a week in October especially for the kids, but I couldn’t have stood 2 weeks of the evening meals.
Exceptional - highly recommend

Would struggle to find a fault with this hotel, fantastic. We took out grandson for a week during end of term so a very different holiday for us. We normally avoid school holidays. The hotel is so geared up for families with dozens of activities throughout the day. Something for everyone. Pools is amazing and the food is something else. The choice of food at every meal is exceptional and every night has a different theme. Snack bar from 10am onwards has pizza, salads, chips, wraps etc and there is no limit. Unlimited drinks and the bar near the evening entertainment area even has its own pumps so you can pull your own and take a nightcap back to your room. We stayed in the Holiday Village in a one bed apartment and it was spotless. Great bed with crisp bedding and towel changes on a regular basis. It was a little dated but acceptable. Only negative is the sun bed situation!!!!!! People were getting up in the middle of the night to put towels out. They were also reserving sun beds for kids that spent all day in the pool. We also witnessed people lifting sunbeds over the railings of the apartment they were staying in around the main pool at the end of the evening and then lifting them back out on the morning to ensure they got the spot they wanted and amount of beds. Unbelievable. In fairness we did go to reception to say we couldn’t get a sunbed and they did bring some more, however, we did see some people lying on the grass. Another problem is the gold band area. They have a separate area with their own sunbeds however they want to be by the main pool so they come down there to enjoy the activities but if you don’t have a gold band you cannot go up to the quieter area and use their beds. Other than the sunbed saga, I cannot fault this hotel in any way the staff are wonderful the food is exceptional and I would highly recommend it to people with children. It’s a safe environment for families to have a lovely holiday.
