Excelente hotel con buena ubicación, el desayuno es muy variado y de alta calidad, las habitaciones son muy cómodas y muy bonitas, excelente personal. Definitivamente muy buena opción. Cuenta con un gimnasio básico pero funcional

Nos alojamos en una de sus suites pues son económicas y asequibles. Son amplias, con salita-comedor, cocina con nevera y tocador. La cama es muy cómoda. No está en el centro del pueblo pero si muy cerca. El desayuno tipo bufete está muy bien. La cena un poco más justa pues cada día hacen un par de platos diferentes donde casi no puedes escoger, aunque no estaba mal. Precio asequible pues por la habitación con desayuna y cena pagamos 190$.

I left 2 iPhone chargers and one iWatch charger. When j called to get them they didn’t have them. The maids put them in their pocket. I am a regular here and the new managers would not help. Typically great staff but the turnover lately is not great.

Excellent stay! The beautiful hotel was a convenient location for my daughter’s volleyball tournament. The facility was modern and very clean. The staff was friendly, the rooms were spacious and the breakfast was delicious. Great visit all the way around.

The location is ok but Ive never witnessed such ugly behavior from a hotel before. First its pretty creepy that there are cameras every, including the gym and the staff is able to view every camera at the front desk. This wouldnt be a problem but I saw the GM Siama Hussain openly laughing at an overweight person trying to workout in the gym. Such ugly behavior from an ugly person that wears a pound of make up and same clothes everyday. I also witnessed Sarim attempting to fight another customer after they were given a dirty room I am curious how they are still employed there especially reading the previous reviews on trip advior and google.Apparently they have changed rates, forged documentation, illegally evicted customers, barged into rooms unannounced, refused to give refunds due to cancellation, mocked elderly veterans, mocked overweight customers, harassed paying customers trying to work, abused the police with frivolous claims and much more. I do see that Siama has responded to a few reviews on here but she will probably ignore this. Hilton must be fine with this behavior since they are still employed there. Its good to know that Hilton doesnt care about veterans or anything ethical. Ill will be spreading the word and making sure that no one wastes their money there and instead will go to the much more professional and ethical Marriott .
