Me parece indignante que se alquile un apartamento cuando en el mismo edificio están de obras con todas las ventanas del apartamento tapadas, una terraza la cual no he podido disfrutar, una taladradora durante todo el día sonando como si estuviese dentro de la habitación. Me parece vergonzoso de vuestra parte no informar a los clientes de estas cosas ya que se supone que vengo de vacaciones y no tengo ninguna gana de escuchar tanto ruido y no poder descansar porque para eso me quedo en mi ciudad.

OK apartment , Very noisy cause of contraction

we booked 2 apt , one of the apt had a very bad smell. we got there after a long flight and wanted to sleep late. we woke up at 7:30 from INSANE contraction noise that felt like was in our bedroom. we couldnt hear ourselves. the noise didn't stop for like 2 hours until we just left the place. If you are looking for this apt for the summer just realize they are in the middle of contraction and you will be waken up from a insane noise

Pros: Easy self check-in Many restaurants and super stores around walking distance from the place Big rooms with living room and bedroom and balcony Kitchen has fridge, gas stove and microwave Clean bathrooms with all amenities Very well priced Very clean and spacious - huge apartment Free Wifi Cons: 15 mins walk to station, better to take Uber which doesnt cost much Location- nothing very interesting close by except a garden with some swings which is across the road

I would call this place the definition of decent. It's clean, it's safe, but it has absolutely nothing extra. They only came to clean the apartment 1 time in 6 days. The bed only had 1 VERY flat pillow. The kitchen was well stocked and looks fairly new comparatively. The location is a bit boring. The real reason to stay here is the good price and clean apartment.

We visited Zurich in July 2014. The Apartment Hotel is good value for the money. The space, kitchen is good. The place is well maintained and has amenities as shown on the Web. The tram station is not very far (walk-able , 3-4 mins walk). But, its hard to locate the apartment esp if you are trying to locate the street called " Dubsstrasse". As our mobile data was not working there, we had to ask atleast 3 locals, who even with their smart phones could not guide us properly (not sure who to blame, my luck or their reading of map!!). We had to roam around 1 hr in this region before we could locate Dubsstrasse!! The getting in procedure is not simple either as there is no reception. Luckily, someone from the neighboring window informed us to go around the building and find a box from where we could retrieve the key. It's not located on the door of apartment.
