Balloon Flight Tour

• Please note that excursion and Hot-air Balloon Ride may be not available during adverse weather conditions.
  In this case customers will be offered a free rebooking of this tour or a full refund. Passengers must be able to climb up into the basket (approx 1.2 metres high) using the footholes and stand for the duration of the flight secure as there are no seats in the basket.
  Expectant mothers over 12 weeks are unable to participate in this activity. If you are pregnant, you must notify the provider in advance.
  If you are sick, or have a contagious illness that may affect other passengers, you must notify the provider in advance.
  The flight and carriage of any passenger will take place at the pilot’s discretion and is final.
• The minimum age to perform this activity is 6 years, so it is necessary to present an official document with a photo to prove the required age.
• It is the traveler's sole responsibility to have all the necessary documentation up to date, so research in advance everything that is required at the destination of your activity.
