Important informations
- The supplier's group tour utilizes multiple areas that are not wheelchair/stroller accessible. Those with wheelchairs/strollers should contact them so they can arrange your visit. The entrance ticket for the Rijksmuseum does NOT include entrance to any temporary exhibitions. Galleries and artwork visited during the museum portion of the tour are subject to closure. The supplier will meet next to the 'Kiosk Rembrandt Van Gogh' located at Paulus Potterstraat 3A. Your guide will be waiting in the open area in between the kiosk and the Museumshop Museumplein holding a green Walks sign. Please note that the tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds or re-bookings can be provided for late arrivals or no shows after tour commencement or departure. This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty. Only handbags the size of an A4 piece of paper or smaller are allowed in the museum. Larger bags can be stored in the cloakroom. This tour is in English. The supplier complies with all local government regulations.
