From 16th to 30th September, it's open from 8 AM to 7 PM, from 1st to 15th October - 8 AM to 6.30 PM, from 16th to 31st October - 8 AM to 6 PM, and from 1st November to 31st March (winter months) - 8 AM to 5 PMWith the ticket, you can skip the line at the ticket booth and can go directly to the gate and scan (there may be queues at the gate during busy times)The audio guide is available in English, German, French, Spanish and Italian
