- * Due to the changing tides, lessons can occur anywhere between 07:00 and 16:00 * Not recommended for people with existing health conditions or pregnant people * Lessons conducted in waist-deep water so non-swimmers can join * Only for new beginners * You will meet other people in the group for non-private lesson * Lesson schedule varies depending on the tide (07:00 to 16:00) * Lesson time will be confirmed within 1 day of the lesson * Maximum duration 2 hours, depending on the tide and waves conditions * Arrive at least 15 minutes before the lesson time * Show your smartphone ticket to the staff at check-in * Shower, changing room, and toilet facilities are available onsite * Remember to bring: swimwear, a water bottle, sunscreen, basic toiletries, and a bag for your wet clothes * Lesson time will be confirmed within 1 day of the lesson
