Important informations

  • After the tour you will be brought back to the public parking lot behind the Mount Royal Hotel, or at your hotel if possible (check with your guide on-site). Please note: Early and late season road closures will limit access to Moraine Lake (until late May and from early October), early and late season tours will spend 1 hour at Lake Louise when the access road to Moraine Lake is closed. Points of interest: * Bow Valley Parkway * Castle Mountain * Lake Louise (30 minutes) * The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise * Moraine Lake (30 minutes) Kids under 6 can join for free, please select a free ticket. * Show your smartphone ticket to the driver * Please meet in the public bus parking area behind the Mt Royal Hotel (138 Banff Ave, Banff). There is a seating area located in the middle of the car park while you wait * Please be ready for pick-up 15 minutes prior to your selected timeslot * Look for a guide wearing a blue shirt / jacket and a blue mini bus that says 'Discover Banff Tours' Early and late season road closures will limit access to Moraine Lake (until late May and from early October), early and late season tours will spend 1 hour at Lake Louise when the access road to Moraine Lake is closed.
